By registering for **Golden Hour Weekend – May 13–16  2027**  I acknowledge that I have reviewed and understand the trip information  pricing, payment requirements, cancellation policy, and occupancy requirements provided by Vibe'z Travel.

 

I understand and agree that:* The **$50 per-person deposit is non-refundable** and is applied toward my total package price.*

 

At least **50% of my total package price must be paid by January 15, 2027**, with the **remaining balance due in full by March 15, 2027**.* Failure to meet required payment deadlines may result in cancellation of my reservation and does not automatically entitle me to a refund.*

 

Package pricing is based on the occupancy selected at booking. If my roommate cancels, fails to complete their reservation, or otherwise changes the occupancy of my room, my package price may be adjusted accordingly.*

 

Cancellation requests must be submitted to Vibe'z Travel in writing. Any refund eligibility is subject to the published cancellation schedule as well as applicable supplier terms, fees, and non-refundable charges.*

 

Travel insurance is not included and is **strongly recommended**. Personal circumstances that prevent me from traveling do not automatically waive the cancellation policy.*

 

Airfare is not included. I am responsible for arranging my flights and providing accurate flight information by the deadline established by Vibe'z Travel for included airport transportation.*

 

Traveler-requested changes, including name changes, room changes, roommate changes, or reservation transfers, are subject to availability, supplier approval, applicable fees, and approval by Vibe'z Travel.*

 

Prices, schedules, activities, transportation arrangements, and other trip components may be modified when reasonably necessary due to supplier changes, availability, weather, safety considerations, or circumstances outside the control of Vibe'z Travel.*

 

I am responsible for ensuring that I possess the appropriate passport and any other documentation required for international travel to Jamaica.

 

I understand that Vibe'z Travel acts as a travel advisor and intermediary for accommodations, transportation providers, excursion operators, and other independent travel suppliers and does not control the acts, omissions, policies, schedule changes, cancellations, or operations of those independent suppliers.

 

By selecting **“I Agree”** and submitting my registration, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the payment and cancellation policies presented during registration.
