- Saturday April 26th, 2025 Wedding Day
Due Dates:
- November 30th, 2024 is the deadline to pay the $100 deposit to reserve your room.
- December 1st, 2024 is the due date of 60% of your room total.
- January 28th, 2025 is the due date for your remaining room balance.
Reminder:
To be included in Taylor and Tucker’s Wedding Activities, please only book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer low contracted group rates that have been secured by Taylor and Tucker with a deposit already paid on your room. If you book outside of this group Unico 20°87° will charge $192 per person per wedding event to your room.
Cancellation policy:

If you cancel your reservation before December 1st, 2024 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).

You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation between December 1st, 2024 and January 1st, 2025, by 20% while maintaining the 3 night minimum. Any room nights released above the 20% allowed will be charged 50% of the room revenue cancelled.

You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation between January 1st, 2025 and February 1st, 2025, by 10% while maintaining the 3 night minimum. Any room nights released above the 10% allowed will be charged 60% of the room revenue cancelled.

If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after February 1st, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for a refund based on your insurance providers terms.
Unico 20°87° will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Unico 20°87° and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Unico 20°87°.

Ground transportation costs to the resort and back to the airport is not included with your room reservation cost, but can be reserved for you on the booking form if you wish.
For Taylor and Tucker’s wedding, we are offering direct, non-stop transfers with Mayaland at $152 per person, round trip.
We highly! recommend that you select to include ground transportation when placing your room deposit so that you won’t forget about this later and possibly become stranded at the airport with only expensive options. Ride share services like Uber are not viable in the Riviera Maya.
