A deposit will be required per person to secure your reservation.

Room availability is limited and is not guaranteed until your reservation and required deposit have been received.

Travelers sharing a room should register as early as possible so roommates and occupancy can be properly coordinated.

Important

Pricing is based on room occupancy.

If someone in your room cancels, the remaining travelers may be responsible for the revised rate associated with the new occupancy level.

Please do not purchase airfare until Prescient Travels confirms that the required number of rooms has been secured and the trip has been approved to proceed.

Once airfare is purchased, each traveler must provide:

• Airline
• Flight number
• Arrival date and time
• Departure date and time
• Airline confirmation information

Complete flight details must be submitted by the announced deadline.

Airport transportation cannot be guaranteed without complete and timely flight information.

Travelers arriving or departing outside the designated transfer window may be responsible for arranging and paying for their own transportation.

Travel Notes

• All payments are made to Prescient Travels, LLC.
• Reservations must be submitted using each traveler’s full legal name exactly as it appears on their passport.
• Package prices and availability are subject to change until the required deposit has been submitted.
• Payments are nonrefundable and nontransferable unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Monthly payments must be submitted through the traveler’s invoice.
• Payments are not processed automatically unless Auto-Pay is selected.
• Travel documents and final itinerary information will be emailed before departure.
• Travelers are responsible for purchasing their own flights to Saint Lucia.
• Flight information must be submitted by the announced deadline to receive applicable shared airport transportation.
• Travelers arriving or departing outside the transfer provider’s operating hours may need to arrange transportation at their own expense.
• A valid passport is required.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to help protect your vacation investment.

Depending on the policy selected, travel insurance may provide coverage for certain unforeseen circumstances such as:

• Trip cancellation
• Trip interruption
• Medical emergencies
• Travel delays
• Lost or delayed baggage
• Other covered events

Coverage varies by policy.

Travelers are responsible for reviewing and purchasing their own insurance coverage.

Policies offering enhanced cancellation flexibility may have strict purchase deadlines following the initial trip deposit.

Payment & Cancellation Policies

Submitting a reservation or payment confirms acceptance of Prescient Travels, LLC’s terms and conditions.

• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing.
• A reservation is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
• Missed payments may result in cancellation.
• A nonrefundable late fee may apply to overdue scheduled payments.
• The full remaining balance must be received by the published final-payment deadline.
• Failure to pay the balance by the deadline may result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of payments.
• Name changes, room changes, and occupancy changes are subject to availability and applicable fees.
• Changes in occupancy may result in a change to the per-person package price.
• Prescient Travels, LLC is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, expired passports, missing documentation, or failure to satisfy destination requirements.
