- May 3rd, 2025 Wedding Day
Due Dates:
- October 25th, 2024 is the deadline to pay the $100 deposit to reserve your room at Hyatt Ziva Cancun.
- November 1st, 2024 is the due date for 50% of your room balance.
- February 15th, 2025 is the due date for your remaining room balance.
Reminders:
- The wedding date is Saturday, May 3rd, 2025. Please schedule your trip before and after that date.
- To be a part of the wedding date guest list, you are required to use this room block. To prevent rooms from selling out during high-season or going up in price, Jennifer and Saroeun have pre-paid your room block deposit in advance to reserve these rooms at a low price that will be refunded in their final wedding costs.

Children 2 and under are free. Children 3-12 years old have a discounted rate.
Cancellation policy:
If you cancel your reservation before October 23rd, 2024 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per person booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
If you cancel your reservation between October 23rd, 2024 and February 5th, 2025 you will be responsible for 50% of your room total. Also, if you reduce the number of nights in your reservation you will be responsible for 50% of the nights reduced. If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on their terms.
If you cancel your reservation, no show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after February 5th, 2024, you are responsible for 100% of your room total. If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on their terms.
Hyatt Ziva Cancun will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Hyatt Ziva Cancun and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Hyatt Ziva Cancun.
