Day 1- Get ready to touch down in Dubai! Arrive at Dubai International Airport (DXB) between 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM and dive straight into the city vibes.

PAYMENTS:

• Prices Are Per Person
• Submitting a deposit and payments for this package signifies your acceptance of Adrenaline-HQ Travel's Terms & Conditions
• All deposits and payments submitted to Adrenaline-HQ Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable.  We have contractual agreements with multiple vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds. 
• A monthly payment schedule is required to keep your reservation current.  
• To have your monthly payments drafted on a different date, you must contact us in advance.  Any request submitted within 5 days of your payment due date will not be accepted.  The final payment due date cannot be changed.  

 

LATE PAYMENTS:

•  A late payment fee of $50 will automatically be added to your reservation if the monthly payment is not received within 5 days of the scheduled due date. 
• If you should go more than 2 months without submitting a payment or discussing a payment arrangement with us, your reservation will automatically be cancelled without notice.  A fee of $150 will be required to reinstate the reservation.
• Choose your roommate wisely!  You must ensure that your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.  
• If your roommate(s) cancels their reservation, then your room will be converted to the most appropriate room occupancy, and you will be responsible for the price of the room. 

 

NAME/ NAME CHANGES:

• Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport.  
• Name changes are allowed with approval and a $75 name change fee.  
• Name changes will not be allowed 120 days prior to departure.  

 

TRAVEL NOTES:

• Traveling to Dubai requires a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. Your passport should not expire before August 16, 2025. 
• You are responsible to follow all COVID-19 travel protocols & restrictions.  Refunds will not be provided if you fail to do so.  
• Final itinerary and documents will be provided 7-14 days prior to the travel experience.
• Please exercise discretion with regards to your physical limitations and abilities.
• Rooms will have either one king bed or two single beds.
• Before booking this trip, each traveler must verify their eligibility to travel abroad under special circumstances.  Adrenaline-HQ Travel will not provide a refund if a traveler is denied entry due to travel restrictions.  We strongly urge you to review the guidelines provided under the US Department of State and Passport Requirements For Felony websites as a reference.

The most convenient airport to fly into is Dubai International Airport (DXB).  When making your own flight arrangements, you must pay close attention to dates. You should schedule your flight to ARRIVE in Dubai on February 10, 2025. This means you must fly out of the United States on February 9, 2025. 

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

All deposits and payments submitted to Adrenaline-HQ Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Adrenaline-HQ Travel has negotiated agreements with several vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds.  You are strongly encouraged to protect your travel investment by purchasing travel insurance. 

If you need to cancel or make any changes to your reservation, please do so by emailing tanya@adrenalinehqtravel.com.  Refunds are not offered for canceled trips.  Participation in the festivities can only be purchased from the organizers of the group. This package is not a la carte.
