- A valid Passport with a 6-month or more expiration date after trip completion with 2 empty pages for an entry stamp is required to enter Antigua. The 6-month passport rule states that your passport must be valid for another six months before you depart for international travel. Depending on which country you are traveling to, the six-month period may begin from the date you leave that country or the date you arrive. For this trip, your passport must be valid for another six months and cannot expire before 10/31/2025. If your passport does not meet this condition, you must get it renewed.
- Deposits are $100 per person and are non-refundable whether travel insurance is purchased or not, as we have contracts with vendors and they have to be paid.

-All final payments are due no later than 03/31/2025.
- Name changes are allowed with a $50 name change fee. This can be done up until the final payment date and $100 after the final payment date. No name changes are allowed once flights have been added if booked as a package.
- Room category changes are permitted with a $50 fee, not including the price difference
- This form also serves as a Credit Card Authorization to be placed on file for your room. This form is to book only your hotel accommodations. Flights are separate and NOT INCLUDED. Room deposit must be PAID to secure your reservation and prices are subject to change until deposit is applied.
- All travel documents will be sent 7-14 days before departure.
-You must purchase your flight, the airport code is (ANU), V. C. Bird International Airport. The deposit amount will change if you decide to secure your flight in a package. No changes will be allowed once flights are added. If you cancel your trip and have insurance, the flight must be paid in full to receive a refund/ credit depending on the type of insurance, the fare booked, and the terms and conditions. You will incur a cancellation penalty regardless of insurance added based on the cancellation policy.
- You will be asked to provide a valid credit card and your passport/government-issued ID upon check-in. The credit cardholder must be present at the time of check-in or a complete credit card authorization form must be provided. Your credit card will be charged a security deposit of $200, which will be reimbursed to you upon check-out. Before checking out, make sure to stop by the front desk to verify any room charges and to sign your final receipt.
- There is a Tourism Guest Levy that will be used for destination development and community support on the island. A fee of $5 per person per night for all will be applied. The Tourism Guest Levy will be collected by credit card payment upon check-in at the hotel.
