November 5th, 2025- Day #1 - ARRIVAL INTO BALI
The first day of this refreshing trip starts with your arrival at the Ngurah Rai International Airport.
You will be greeted by your arranged transportation and escorted to your hotel in Ubud – in the uplands of Bali.
This day is reserved for recovering from jet lag and enjoying the 5 star hotel amenities.
Although it is irresistible to stop yourself from hanging out in the local markets amidst such breathtaking natural beauty and serenity it is advised to go to bed early and have a sound sleep as the following days will be filled with a lot of thrill and adventure.

November 6, 2025- Day #2 FULL DAY TOUR
First full day! Start with breakfast at the hotel then off to click all the photos your heart desires! This day will be full of photos to adorn your photo albums, wall frames and social media pages for ages. The morning trip’s highlight is the awe-inspiring view of Mount and Lake Batur, with the smoky Agung Volcano as a dramatic backdrop.
First stop is Tirta Empul, a holy spring in Tampaksiring.
Then prepare for what is undoubtedly the most amazing experience of your life -a joyride on the Bali Swing. Unleash your inner child as you swing high above trees, rice fields, river valleys, an awe-inspiring cliff views, and lush green jungles. Bali currently boasts 15 such colossal swings, varying in shapes and sizes. Heights range from 10 to 78 meters above the ground, all equipped with state-of-the art safety gear and braces. The adrenaline rush as you ascend into the air is an experience, you’ll find yourself recounting again and again. Picture yourself on these aesthetically pleasing swings amidst heavenly natural beauty.
If you think you’ve had your fill for the day, buckle up, because next, you’ll be driven to the renowned Kintamani highland, a village celebrated for its diverse landscapes. This remarkable place offers a plethora of dining options, including the chance to savour the world’s most expensive coffee – Kopi Luwak.
Amidst numerous breath-taking views, the sight of the impressive active volcano, Mount Batur (Gunung Batur), is truly mesmerizing. You might have to pinch yourself to confirm you’re not in a wonderful dream. Just ensure your cameras and phones are charged to capture it all.
After this memorable day filled with thrills and amazements of varied flavors, you will be transferred to your hotel for a well-deserved sleep.

November 7, 2025 - Day #3 EAST BALI TOURS
Breakfast at the hotel then off to East Bali to visit the infamous Pura Luhur Lempuyang, "Gate to Heaven" a magical, beautiful, and the oldest temple in Bali and one of the most revered.
Next stop- Tirta Gangga, a stunning complex of many pools connected by ponds.

November 8, 2025 - Day #4 LEISURE DAY IN UBUD
Breakfast at the hotel then enjoy this ENTIRE day at leisure where you can plan and do your own activities, plans and agenda. Or just REST and enjoy the hotel and embrace the fact that you're in BALI! Link with other attendees and/or visit beach clubs as Ubud has really nice options, plan photoshoots, shop at the markets or just relax and rest, it is all up to you! There are MANY things to do and tour- recommendations can be provided based on your individual preference.
This will be the last evening in Ubud before you head to Seminyak to explore a new city tomorrow!

November 9, 2025- Day #5 HOTEL TRANSFER DAY-MONKEY FOREST AND SPA TREATMENT
After having a nice breakfast at your hotel, you will check out of Ubud and transfer to your next 5 star accommodation in Seminyak!
Hopefully you have rested a bit from yesterday but in case you haven't, this day is reserved for some self-pampering, recuperation, and rejuvenation. You will visit the famous Ubud Monkey Forest followed by a 2 Hour Spa Treatment with Flower Bath on the way to Seminyak.
Enjoy time for some more interaction with nature at the famed Sacred Monkey Forest. This unique forest is a nature reserve and a temple complex which is abode to hundreds of long-tailed Macaques (Macaca fascicularis). Don’t worry! The monkeys you’ll meet there are the friendliest you’ll encounter on this planet. You can actually pet them, feed them, and cuddle them. Sacred Monkey Forest of Ubud is visited by over 10,000 tourists a month, thus, these monkeys are used to human interaction and have even learned to pose for perfect selfies with you. No kidding! Monkey Forest is not only known for its cute monkeys but the Sacred Monkey Forest of Ubud is also famous for its ethereal natural beauty and contains at least 115 different species of trees. Apart from the gifts of nature, this forest boasts of the Pura Dalem Agung Padangtegal temple, the ’Holy Spring’ bathing temple and another temple used for cremation ceremonies.

November 11, 2025 Day #7 LEISURE DAY IN SEMINYAK AND FINALE DINNER
Breakfast at hotel then enjoy this ENTIRE day at leisure where you can plan and do your own activities or just REST.
Check out the many day beach clubs and restaurants Seminyak has to offer or relax in your private pool attached to your One Bedroom villa!
This evening you will enjoy a Private 3 Course Poolside Dinner (Food Only- drinks can be purchased).

November 12, 2025 Day #8 DEPARTURE & JOURNEY MERCIES HOME
Wake up and pack your bags carefully to make sure that you do not leave anything behind.

Hope your camera and minds are both completely filled with many memories to last a lifetime!

In the unfortunate event of trip cancellation, ALL deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Blue Journeys, LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, suppliers, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. These contracted agreements afford us the opportunity to keep our package prices low and allow you to make payments on your vacation. For this reason travel insurance is STRONGLY recommended to protect your investment. If you purchase travel insurance and need to cancel you will file a claim with the travel company for your refund.

Travel protection is not mandatory nor required but Blue Journeys, LLC highly recommends that you purchase insurance to help protect your investment. Travel protection coverage can protect you from expenses incurred as a result of cancellation or interruption, emergency medical and transportation, baggage and personal effects, flight and travel accident and/or rental car physical damage. When traveling outside of the country U.S. Medical Insurance is not accepted in other countries and should you become sick or injured, you will be liable for any associated costs. Anything can happen, always prepare for unexpected events.

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions & Policies:
- All payments to Blue Journeys LLC are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- If you purchased travel insurance and need to cancel, you will have to file a claim with the travel insurance company for your refund.
- Transfer of funds to persons already booked is not allowed.
- Your reservation must be made in your FULL name as it appears on your passport. Any name change/corrections will occur a $50.00 fee added to your invoice.
- Bedding preference is a request, we don't guarantee your bedding, but we will request your preference. Most bedding will consist of King beds only.
- Deposit is $299.00 per person and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Final payments are due by all parties on August 5, 2025. Any reservation not paid by this date will be canceled and all monies forfeited.
- Each roommate must pay a deposit to secure a room.
- If booking with a roommate as double occupancy please ensure they're making timely payments as well to cover the reservation you share.
- You MUST have 50% of the total amount of your trip paid by March 5, 2025 to keep an active spot on this trip.
- All travelers must have a valid passport book with at least two blank pages and an expiration date of June 2026 or after.
- As of now, there are no Covid-19 entry/exit requirements for Bali, Indonesia.
- Proof of Covid-19 Vaccine is not required but is recommended by the Indonesian government. Covid-19 entry restrictions can change at any given moment and updates will be distributed as necessary.
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper travel documents. Visa requirements, travel tips/guides will be sent to all booked travelers.
- Please confirm all email contact details are accurate for all travelers to ensure each traveler receives all correspondence sent out.
- Please send airline details to Blue Journeys by September 5, 2025. If not received by the deadline, you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation.
- Blue Journeys reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the accommodations, itinerary lineup, travel suppliers, and/or tours/excursions.
- The hotel may require a credit card upon check-in for any incidentals during your stay.
- A monthly payment plan will be auto calculated based on your time of booking. This plan is optional and not required however you must adhere to all payment deadlines- 50% of total paid by March 5th, 2025 and final payments due by August 5th, 2025.
- Invoices will be updated after each payment is submitted as well as payment reminders emailed out periodically.
- You can make payments on your reservation through your invoice at anytime, 24 hours a day.
- If your roommate cancels you will be responsible for the current single occupancy rate and any difference in cost unless you obtain another roommate.
- Tours and excursions included are not a la carte. If for some reason you do not want to attend a specific tour you can totally skip it but no refund of said tour will be provided.
- Only registered guests are permitted to attend the private events curated by Blue Journeys travel agency.
- Travel insurance is NOT included but strongly recommended to protect your investment.
