Quote Request: All quotes require a nonrefundable Research Fee.
- This Fee Covers The time needed to plan your custom trip
- Facilitating any changes or special requests with the Resort
- Creating and administering Payment Plans
- Being accessible before and during your trip
- Processing of insurance covered
- Cancellations and more
Once payment is received, the client will receive quote with 24-72 hours. Unless client opt for the rush fee. Please be advised that the actual quote pricing is subject to change at anytime until your deposit is paid.
Your quote will include a minimum of 2 quotes based on the information submitted using our request form.
Only 2 revisions are offered to quote this quote within 7 business days of delivery. Any revisions or quotes after the subject to a new fee. Feedback is required within 7 business days of the initial quote, or risk abandoning quote request and deletion from our system. The Research fee is a nonrefundable and nontransferable no exceptions. Research fees can be reimbursed using travel insurance. If you are not interested in paying a research fee refer to option 1 or 2.
