Terms & Conditions:

• A Non-Refundable Deposit of $150 per room is required to initiate your booking and reserve your spot.
• Your reservation is NOT confirmed until the deposit is processed, which may take up to 48 hours. Until your deposit is confirmed, all prices are subject to change.
• The Final Payment is September 1, 2025. If the full payment is not received by this date, your booking may be subject to automatic cancellation without any refund. We are not responsible for missed payment dates or deadlines.
• We offer flexible payment plans upon request, which allow for installment payments leading up to the final payment date. Payments are required ny the 21st of each month, and you will receive automatic payment reminders.
• All payments will be processed via our secure payments platform, Travel Joy, which ensures the protection of your payment information. Please note that payments made through Travel Joy are final and binding.
• Each traveler is responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary travel documents to enter their destination. Passports must be valid at least six months beyond your return date.
• Depending on your nationality, you may require a visa to enter certain destinations. It is your responsibility to verify and secure any necessary visas prior to travel. Royal Excursions, LLC will not be liable for denied entry due to incomplete documentation.
• Royal Excursions, LLC is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the trip. We advise travelers to keep personal valuables secure at all times.
• While we do our best to partner with reliable vendors and service providers, Royal Excursions, LLC is not responsible for the actions, or failures of airlines, hotels, transportation providers, or other third party suppliers. Any claims for service interruptions should be directed to the service provider.
• Participation in any optional activities, excursions, or events is voluntary. Royal Excursions, LLC assumes no responsibility for any accidents, injuries or incidents that may occur during these activities.
