TRAVEL NOTES

• Cancellation Policy: All deposits and payments are generally non-refundable to secure group rates. Cancellations made prior to May 31, 2026, may be eligible for a refund, subject to a $100 per person administrative fee. After May 31, all funds are 100% non-refundable.

• Automatic Billing: All monthly payments are automatically processed according to the payment schedule via our secured and encrypted system.

• Client Portal: You will manage your reservation online via TravelJoy. Through your portal, you can update credit card info, submit partial payments, and view your account 24/7.

• Passport: A valid U.S. Passport is required. It must be valid for at least 6 months beyond travel dates.

PAYMENT PLAN

• • Priority Booking Deadline: March 15, 2026 (Register by this date to secure your space within our protected group block. After this date, room availability is not guaranteed and is subject to the resort’s remaining inventory.)

  • Deposit: $250 Per Person (Due at the time of booking).

  • Monthly Installments: After your deposit, your remaining balance will be split into equal monthly installments automatically calculated by our system.

  • Automation: Payments are processed on the same day each month (based on your initial booking date). Booking early ensures your monthly installments are lower and more manageable!

  • Final Payment Deadline: May 31, 2026 (All accounts must be paid in full by this date.)

TERMS AND POLICIES

• Acceptance: Making a reservation signifies acceptance of all Pursuit Travel Co. Terms and Policies.

• Refunds: To protect our group block, payments are generally non-refundable. Any refund requested in writing before May 31, 2026, is subject to a $100 per person agency administrative fee. After May 31, 2026, all payments are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Documentation: Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME exactly as it appears on your passport.

• Automatic Payments: Monthly installments are automatically processed to the preferred card you register in TravelJoy. Because we use supplier-direct payments, charges will appear on your statement under the name of the Resort or Tour Operator.

• Roommates: You are responsible for ensuring your roommate makes timely payments. If a roommate cancels or is removed for non-payment, your room will be converted to the appropriate occupancy and you will be responsible for the adjusted package price.

• Bedding: Bedding preferences (King vs. 2 Doubles) are requested but not guaranteed, as rooms are assigned by the resort based on real-time availability at check-in.

• Late Fees: Your monthly installment is processed on the same day each month based on your booking date. A $50 late fee will be applied to any account more than 3 days past due. The first deposit and final payment cannot be adjusted; failure to meet these specific deadlines results in automatic cancellation.

• Past Due Accounts: Pursuit Travel Co. reserves the right to cancel any reservation with an outstanding past-due amount. Accounts 30 days late will be canceled without a refund.

• Changes: Any name corrections or changes requested after the final payment date will incur a $50 agency fee plus any applicable vendor fees.

• Final Payment: Failure to submit the final payment by May 31, 2026, will result in automatic cancellation of the entire reservation and loss of all funds.

• Flight Information & Transfers: To utilize the included shared airport transfers (Amstar), you MUST provide flight details via the portal by September 15, 2026. Guests who miss this deadline will be responsible for securing their own transportation.

TRAVEL PROTECTION (Insurance)

Anything can happen. Missing a vacation is bad enough; losing the money you paid is worse. We highly recommend Faye Travel Insurance, our preferred partner, to protect your investment.

We specifically recommend a "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) policy, and this must be purchased within 14 days of your initial deposit.

HOW TO BOOK

• Prices are Per Person.

• Individual Bookings: If you and your roommate are paying separately, each person must book their own package and create an individual TravelJoy account.

• Roommate Linking: For separate bookings, you MUST include your roommate’s name on the registration form and ensure you both select the same Room Type/Category to ensure our system links your reservations correctly. Without a confirmed roommate, your package will be converted to Single Occupancy rates.

• Booking Together: If you are a couple or friends paying together on one card, you may submit a single reservation for both travelers. Simply select "2" for the quantity of your chosen room package. This will keep your payments and itinerary on one shared TravelJoy account.

• Solo Travelers: If you do not have a roommate, you must book the Single Occupancy package.

• Check-out: You MUST sign the Terms and Conditions after checkout to finalize your booking.
