Payment Details:

Deposit: $250 per person (nonrefundable)
Final Balance Due: October 24, 2026
Payments: Additional payments are refundable until the final payment date. After final payment, all monies become nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Late Payment Fee: $100 per payment made after the final due date. Reservations will be automatically canceled if not paid within 15 days of the final due date.

Important Notes:

Resort Fee: $50 + tax per night is not included in your package and must be paid directly to the hotel.
Room Selections: Please ensure you select the correct room category when completing your reservation form.
Reservation Policy: Roommate can submit separate forms in order to pay separately. Reservations are not processed until all parties have submitted their forms.

Location

You will fly in/out of the Aspen airport. The hotel is located in Snowmass, a small ski village outside of Aspen.

Flight Itinerary

Flight itinerary will be given to guests after confirmation of booking. The itinerary includes one layover each way.

Change & Cancellation Policy

If one guest cancels in a room, the remaining guests total will adjusted to the new occupancy rates.

Airline Loyalty (AA Advantage)

If you are a member of the loyalty program of the airline used, please provide your member number on the form under "Airline Loyalty Number". You may be eligible for bonus miles and other promotions.

Payment Requirements and Auto - Payment Feature

Guests are required to make a least one payment per month. You will have the option to have your payments auto drafted monthly.

Reservations are not processed until we receive a form from all parties of a reservation.
