Let’s Go Travel – Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: January 1, 2024

By booking travel services with Let’s Go Travel ("Agency," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Agency Role

Let’s Go Travel acts as a travel advisor and booking agent for various suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators). We do not own, operate, or control the services provided by these suppliers. Your contract for travel services is directly with the suppliers, and their terms and conditions apply.

2. Payment Terms

A non-refundable planning or consultation fee may apply and will be disclosed before any work begins.

A deposit is required to confirm bookings. Final payment is due by the date specified on your invoice or confirmation.

Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your reservation, with applicable cancellation penalties.

3. Cancellations & Changes

All cancellation and change requests must be made in writing.

Cancellation policies vary by supplier and may result in non-refundable amounts or change fees.

Let’s Go Travel charges a $50 per person fee for changes made after booking, in addition to any supplier fees.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance to protect your investment. Insurance can cover trip cancellation, delays, medical emergencies, and more. Let’s Go Travel is not responsible for denied claims.

5. Documentation & Travel Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary passports, visas, identification, and health documents for your trip. Let’s Go Travel is not liable for delays or cancellations due to insufficient documentation.

6. Assumption of Risk

Travel involves inherent risks. By booking with Let’s Go Travel, you acknowledge these risks and release the Agency from liability for injury, illness, damage, delay, or loss during travel.

7. Liability Limitation

Let’s Go Travel is not liable for acts or omissions of suppliers or any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by force majeure (e.g., weather, strikes, acts of terrorism, pandemic, government restrictions).

8. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:
- Review all documents and itineraries for accuracy.
- Comply with all supplier and destination rules.
- Notify us immediately of any discrepancies or issues.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any legal action shall be filed in the appropriate court located in [Your Parish/County], Louisiana.

10. Acknowledgment

By booking travel through Let’s Go Travel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
