To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings for the Aruba Summer Escape.
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot.
This deposit cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal schedule changes, travel delays, illness, or unforeseen events.
Refund amounts are based on the date the written cancellation request is received.
0–30 days after booking:
Payment made beyond the deposit is refundable.
Deposit is non-refundable.
Up to 120 days before the trip:
50% refund of payments made beyond the deposit.
Deposit is non-refundable.
119–61 days before the trip:
25% refund of payments made beyond the deposit.
Deposit is non-refundable.
60 days or less before the trip:
No refunds will be issued for any payments.
Trip protection insurance is strongly recommended.
Guests may transfer their booking to another adult participant up to 45 days before the trip, subject to approval.
A name-change/transfer fee may apply.
Deposits transfer with the reservation but remain non-refundable.
Failure to make timely payments may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation.
All payments made up to that point are subject to the refund rules above.
Deposits remain non-refundable.
If the organizer must cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances:
Guests will receive a full refund, including the deposit.
Organizer is not responsible for additional expenses such as flights, transportation, or independently booked activities.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations caused by events outside the organizer’s control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Government travel restrictions
Airline disruptions
Pandemics
Acts of war or civil unrest
In such cases, the organizer will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or offer credit toward a future trip, but refunds are not guaranteed.
