By submitting payment, I authorize Wishful Escapes, LLC to charge the credit card or bank account indicated for the amount shown on this invoice. I understand that this payment is for a group travel package, and the services and pricing have been clearly outlined.
I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Deposits are nonrefundable.

Additional payments are refundable until the final payment due date (October 24, 2025). After that date, all payments become nonrefundable and nontransferable.

If one guest cancels in a shared room, the remaining guest(s) are responsible for the new adjusted occupancy rate.

Late payments are subject to a $100 fee per occurrence. Reservations unpaid within 15 days of the final payment deadline will be automatically canceled.
I certify that I am an authorized user of this payment method and will not dispute the transaction with my bank or credit card company, provided the transaction corresponds to the terms outlined above. I understand that all terms are subject to the policies of Wishful Escapes, LLC and its travel partners.
