Deposit & Payment Plan Information

  • Deposit: $50 per person (non-refundable)
  • Final Payment Due: May 15, 2026 
  • Payment Plan Available
  • All payments are non-refundable but transferable before the final payment date.

 

Cancellation & Travel Policy

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing and confirmed. 
  • Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward securing your spot.
  • Guests who cancel after May 15, 2026, will forfeit all payments made.
  • Trips are transferable to another traveler before the final due date.
  • If the host or vendor cancels for unforeseen reasons, all guests will receive a credit towards a Lavish Life Travelers next girls' trip.
  • Guests who cause property damage or leave excessive mess will be charged a $175 cleaning/damage fee. Failure to pay may result in disqualification from future Lavish Life events or legal action.

 

Travel Insurance Disclosure

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment. Lavish Life Travelers is not responsible for cancellations due to illness, weather, or personal emergencies.

Recommended coverage includes:

  • Trip interruption or delay
  • Medical emergencies
  • Lost or delayed luggage
  • Trip cancellations

Insurance can be purchased through your preferred provider or via the booking page.

Rooming Policy

This is a ladies-only trip, so all travelers will be surrounded by like-minded women ready to laugh, relax, and enjoy the experience together.

  • Single (Solo) Rooms first come, first serve.
  • Guests booking double occupancy will be paired with another traveler from the group unless a roommate is selected during registration.
  • You are also welcome to bring your own roommate simply note this on your registration form.
  • Guests booking double occupancy maybe paired in same bed with their selected roommate.

 

Check-In / Check-Out Details:

  • Check-In: As early as 10:00 AM on Friday, July 24, 2026
  • Check-Out: As late as 9:00 AM on Monday, July 27, 2026
So, arrange your flights accordingly. 

 

Important Disclaimers

  • All payments are non-refundable. Due to the nature of group travel, contracts, and vendor commitments, there are no exceptions to this policy.
  • This is a 21+ adult-only trip. A valid government-issued ID (REAL ID or passport) is required for check-in and all scheduled activities.
  • Travel insurance is strongly encouraged. You are responsible for securing your own third-party travel insurance to protect your trip investment.
  • Flights are not included. Flight assistance can be added to your package for an additional fee.
  • Final payment is due by May 15, 2026. No exceptions will be made unless arranged and approved in writing.
