Bohemia Wedding Travel will email you a confirmation with payment invoice after a payment has been reviewed and processed correctly within 24 hours.   • Your hotel room booking confirmation will be emailed to you when you have paid for your room in full.
  • Please enter your legal name(s) EXACTLY as it appears on your valid passport. Bohemia Wedding Travel is not liable if the information below is not entered correctly.
  • It is your responsibility to review the invoice upon receipt to ensure 100% accuracy. Please check thoroughly for any discrepancies or errors. Bohemia Wedding Travel is NOT responsible for errors, or any fees associated with necessary changes after 24 hours of receipt.
  • You must book within this room block to be included in the official wedding guest list for the resort.

Itinerary:

  • Wedding Day - Saturday, March 14th, 2026

 

Payment Schedule:

  • October 25th, 2025 - Latest date to reserve a room with $300 non-refundable deposit.
  • November 1st, 2025 - Latest date to pay 50% of your room.
  • December 1st, 2025 Latest date to pay remaining balance of your room. 

 

Reminders:

To be considered a part of Chloé and Sepand Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). The couple will incur penalties for those that book outside this room block.

 

  1. If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to modify your stay, or upgrade your room to any category in the hotel, please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability.

  2. Specific buildings, specific views or room numbers are not guaranteed but can be requested at time of check-in.

  3. Double Beds are limited and available only by approved request.

  4. Haven Riviera Cancun is strictly 18+ with no exceptions. Based on age at time of check-in.

  5. January 13th, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or shift the dates reserved.

  6. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy at the beginning.

 
 

Cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel your reservation before November 15th, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room.
  • Between November 15th, 2025 and December 15th, 2025 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 50%
  • Between December 15th, 2025 and January 5th, 2026 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 60%
  • If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers after January 5th, 2026 you are responsible for 100% of your room total.

 

A 3 night minimum is required.

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for refunds based on their terms.

Haven Riviera Cancún will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Haven Riviera Cancún and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Haven Riviera Cancún.
