What's included in this trip:

• 6 nights’ Hotel accommodation as per itinerary (or similar) 
• Meals: Breakfast: 6 / Lunch: 3 / Dinner: 1 / (B- Breakfast L-Lunch D-Dinner) as per itinerary.Note: Excludes beverages with lunch and dinner unless otherwise listed.
• Sightseeing with English-speaking local guides.
• All transfers and transportation is by private, air-conditioned coach or mini-coach with driver. (Any individuals traveling outside the group arrangement must organize their own transportation at an additional cost)
• One bag per person on the coach touring/transfers. Additional bags will be carried subject to availability. Additional charges will apply if additional vehicles are required for luggage.
• Local tax for hotel accommodations and local tax on sightseeing tours.
• In the event of an increase in tax or of the introduction of a new city tax after the date of this offer and before the date of travel we are required to collect the increased amount.

• Any future fuel surcharges on land arrangements or additional costs due to COVID rules

IMPORTANT:
Due to record number of travelers, many attractions have restricted access, restrictions of volume of visitors, and the late release of tickets. So some entrance tickets cannot be guaranteed until the group is finalized and are subject to availability at late release dates. We will try our utmost to secure all tickets for the group. 

Itinerary:

Day 1 - Sat Sep 07:  Arrive Denpasar / Ubud
Welcome to Denpasar, Bali! After clearing arrival formalities, you will be met and transferred to the hotel in Ubud. The balance of the day is at your leisure.

Day 2 - Sun Sep 08:  Ubud, Elephant Mud Fun, Monkey Forest (B, L)Enjoy an incredible experience ‘Elephant Bathing’. Elephant Mud Fun half-day package allowing guests to get down and dirty with Sumatran elephants while discovering all about their behavior and lifestyle. Afterwards continue to the holy spring of Tirta Empul, surrounded by a large shrine to honor the God Indra. There are bathing pools which are believed to have strong curative powers. On the hill behind this temple is a presidential guest house built by the late President Soekarno. Next, continue to Mandala Suci Wenara Wana, well known as Monkey Forest, is the sanctuary and natural habitat of the Balinese long-tailed Monkey.

Day 3 - Mon Sep 09: Full Day Tour Bedugul, Taman Ayun, Jatiluwih, Tanah Lot (B, L)
Start with a visit to the royal Taman Ayun Temple in Mengwi for a look at its beautiful ponds, multi-tiered roof structures and traditional Balinese architecture. Next we drive north to Lake Bratan for a visit to Ulun Danu Temple.The temple is set in the lake’s calm waters on several small islands giving the impression that it is ‘floating’. It’s widely considered to be one of the most photogenic temples in Bali,so be sure to take a few photos! Afterwards, we have a look at the local market which is famous for its extensive collection of exotic tropical fruits, vegetables and species. Lunch is served at Bamboo Forest restaurant.Continue with a visit to Bali’s UNESCO-listed Jatiluwih for panoramic views of its iconic rice terraces.
Located on a slope near the holy mountain of Batukaru, this area is known as the ‘Rice Granary of Bali’, and is one of the best examples of subak-style rice farming. Here, we go for a one-hour leisurely walk through the rice fields for an up-close look at the verdant scenery. Late in the afternoon, arrive at the incredible sea temple of Tanah Lot -one of Bali’s most famous temples. Set dramatically on a small island just off from the beach, watch as the sun sets behind the horizon in one of Bali’s most iconic places to watch sunset. Return to Ubud and dinner at leisure.

Day 4 - Tue Sep 10: Ubud , Bali Swing, Tegenungan Waterfall – Kuta (B, L)

Drive to the “Real Bali Swing – Aloha.” The Bali Swing represents a newgeneration of exciting adventure in a natural environment with amazing views to the canyon, river or waterfall.

Next, it’s onto the Tegenungan Waterfall. The waterfall is isolated but has become a popular tourist attraction. It is one of the few waterfalls in Bali that is not situated in highlands or mountainous territory. The amount and clarity of the water at the site depend on rainfall but it contains green surroundings with fresh water that can be swum in. You will then continue to Kuta to begin your 3-night beach resort stay.

Day 5 - Wed Sep 11:  Jeweled Toned Theme Virgo Birthday Dinner (B, D)
Enjoy a full free day for independent activities. This evening, you will experience a Unique Samabe Beach Cave Dinner and celebrate Tanisha’s and all Virgos birthday!

On the vast white-sand beach of Samabe in Nusa Dua is a private dining experience that you’re unlikely to find anywhere else in Bali. The dinner table is set inside a rocky cave, which opens out onto the beach. The pathway to the beach and the cave is lit with countless twinkling lanterns and candles and adorned with flowers. Flickering lights create the perfect setting within the cave, as you wine and dine. Nothing spells an ultra-exclusive and unique experience like dining together with an intermingling of the sky, sun and sea as the backdrop.

Day 6 Thu Sep 12: Kuta (B) Lempuyang Temple (Gate of Heaven)Breakfast at the hotel. We start our day with a drive to Pura Penataran Agung Lempuyang. It is one of Bali’s nine directional temples and is of great significance to the Balinese culture and religion. Here you will see the famous Gate of Heaven overlooking Agung volcano, the biggest volcano on Bali. From this Gate, you will see The Heaven of beautiful Bali; it’s as though you are standing in the sky. Next up is Tirta Gangga. We will then visit Tirta Gangga, which is well known as the most beautiful former royal water palace in Eastern Bali. The water palace features tiered fountains, gardens, and stone sculptures of mythical creatures spouting water into bathing pools. Just outside the palace grounds, the views of the lush rice paddies of northeastern Bali are stunning. Your tour will continue onto Virgin Beach, our last stop for the day. Virgin Beach is the best place to spend your time. You can relax or swim in clean, beautiful sea water.

Day 7- Fri Sep 13: Depart Denpasar / Return USA (B)
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport in Denpasar to join your homebound flight

Located near to Ubud City Centre, Element Bali Ubud offers accommodations with a range of healthy food and wellness activities. At this property guests can enjoy the natural saline swimming pool and tailored spa at the PancaMaya Wellness. Daily morning yoga is offered from sunrise to sunset.  A continental or buffet breakfast can be enjoyed at the property. There is an in-house restaurant, which specializes in international cuisine and also offers Gluten-free options. This smoke-free property offers indoor cultural activities, free bike rental, free high speed wi-fi. You can also take advantage of the daily scheduled shuttle service to Ubud Centre. The property offers easy access to Ubud Art Market, Blanco Museum, and Campuhan Ridge Walk.

Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel

Experience world-class Service at Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel. Located next to Discovery Shopping Mall in South Kuta. Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel features beachfront rooms surrounded by tropical gardens. Rooms at Discovery Kartika Plaza have contemporary Balinese architecture, private balconies with garden, pool or ocean views. Guests can enjoy a relaxing massage at the spa or work out at the fitness center. The hotel’s Activity Center assists guests with booking tours and other activities, such as a low-altitude helicopter ride above Bali Island. Tepan Restaurant serves breakfast with an ocean view. Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel is a 10-minute walk to Kuta center, and a 5-minute walk to Waterbom Bali .

Passport & Visa Information: US passport holders only

I. PASSPORTS
Passports should be valid at a minimum expiration date of 03/14/2025. We recommend that you have at least two free pages in the Visas section of your passport before any international travel.

II. VISAS - INDONESIA                                                                                                               U.S. citizens who will travel via direct international flight to Bali are eligible for visa-on-arrival. While there is no mandatory quarantine, there are terms and conditions.

Travelers must possess:
1. Passport with a minimum of 6-months of validity
2. A return ticket or a ticket to another country
3. Proof of ownership of health insurance with a minimum insured value of US$25,000 which includes provisions for COVID-19 treatment.
The cost for a visa-on-arrival is IDR 500,000 ($32.79 USD). The visa validity is up to 30 days and can  be extended once, for an additional 30 days.

• The initial deposit of $250/Person is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable and non-transferable. 
• Final payment due MAY 30th, 2024.
• If you are in a double occupancy room, both travelers must pay their deposit before the room can be confirmed.
• Upon arrival at each hotel and at check-in, a credit card will be required to cover incidentals.

• If you would participate in other activities not included in the package you at an additional cost and Tanisha Love & Friends can assist you in securing those activities.
• A private Facebook group for all who have placed deposits will be created no later than February 2024, to keep everyone up to date.
• All accommodations will be 1 Double bed, 2 Twin or Double Beds.

Cancellation policy:

• More than 90 days prior to departure loss of non-refundable deposits
• Between 90-61 days prior to departure 75% of net tour price
• 60 days or less prior to departure 100% non-refundable

Important Note: Cancellation penalties for some travel arrangements may differ from our general conditions. In this occurrence, you will be advised of these addendums at the time of confirmation or prior to any penalties becoming applicable and as soon as we are notified of these special conditions.
