Vacation With ENDLESS VACATION & TOURS  will be responsible for management of all reservations, payments, and activities, and ensure the celebration of your special day is memorable.

Generally, detailed proposals are returned via email within 1-2 weeks. Once a proposal is accepted, a customized wedding website is created for your group to request reservations. Vacation With ENDLESS VACATION & TOURS will be responsible for management of all reservations, payments, and activities, and ensure your special day is memorable.

CUSTOM TRIP PROPOSAL/QUOTE TERMS:

 

  • A non-refundable research/planning fee (based on requested trip planning package) is required before services are rendered. No quotations will be provided until this fee is submitted. Research/planning fees are payable upon submission of this form via Cash-App, Credit Card or PayPal within 1 business day after submission of this form to avoid your request being automatically archived by our system).  This fee is NOT APPLIED TO YOUR TRIP and is paid directly to Endless Vacation & Tours.
  • Two (2-3) proposals will be provided within 2-3 business days AFTER receipt of the research/planning fee. 
  •  A maximum of two (2) minor revisions are allowed for the initial research fee.
  •  Travel must be booked within 5 days after quotation is approved otherwise a new research fee will apply after this timeline. A change of destination, hotel or travel dates will require a new research/planning fee.
  •  A rush fee service is available for an additional $10, if you wish to receive your quote within 1 business days. Please check the box on the form if you wish to request this service.
  • This is a quotation only valid as of the date provided. Prices are subject to change at any time until booked and payment made. Please keep in mind, as you review/discuss/research other options; airfare may increase and rooms may be otherwise reserved.
