Cancellation Policy

Virgin Voyages Cancellation Policy
Please note that cancellation terms are based on the fare selected. For Essential fares, the following policy applies:

• 120 or more days before sailing: Guests have 7 days from the time of booking to request a full refund. After that, the deposit becomes Future Voyage Credit, while any additional payments made will be refunded.

• 119 to 45 days before sailing: Payments are non-refundable (excluding taxes and fees), but eligible funds will be issued as Future Voyage Credit.

• 44 days or less before sailing: Payments are non-refundable (excluding taxes and fees). Only additional guests on the reservation may be changed; the primary guest cannot be changed.

Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your trip investment.
