NEED TO KNOW: 
 
  • All Cruise ship departure and arrival times are local to the port.
  • Itineraries are subject to change at any time without notice.
  • Prices vary until a deposit has been paid.
  • Staterooms outside of the type Interior and Balcony will not have the group rate.
  • You are responsible for paying your final balance by the due date.
  • You are responsible for getting your Travel Agent, Nneka Crayton Turner your flight information so I can arrange your transportation to the Group Host Hotel. Please be advised if your flight information is not received in a timely manner I cannot guarantee your transportation service and you will be responsible for obtaining your own transportation.
  • If you are interested Shore Excursions they can be ordered through your AGAPE Excursions Travel Agent Nneka Crayton.

Availability and Pricing

 
The balcony and Interior staterooms are under a group rate until February 10, 2025. After that date prices are subject to NCL’s daily rate. Stateroom availability can change at any time.
Staterooms are not secured until a deposit has been made and I receive the required travel information. 
You can book the Group Host Hotel early or extend your stay a few days after the Cruise. Please contact your travel agent, Nneka Crayton Turner to inquire about dates and pricing options.
 
 
Payment Options

The Deposit for tis cruise is $125 per person. At times NCL offers a sale called CruiseFirst which is if you pay $250 towards your depoosit they will match your $250. Your deposit will start off with $500. 

 
There is Cruise first option that is offered daily. You pay $150 towards your deposit and NCL matches $150. Your deposit starts off as $300.
 
If you book a double, triple or quadruple occupancy stateroom, all guests must pay their deposits and provide travel information before a room is considered booked and the reservation confirmed. 
 
You may pay for your Cruise/Cruise Bundle in full at the time of  booking or follow the scheduled payment plan in your invoice. Please keep in mind the scheduled payment plan is optional. After your deposit has been made you can pay down your balance as often as you like as long as it is paid in full by the final due date. That being said you are responsible for making timely payments on your travel booking. 
 
Failuare to pay your entire balance by the final due date give cause for Norweign Cruise Lines to cancel your Cruise/Cruise Bundle. Please see the below cancelation policy for more information on cancellation penelties.
 

 

EMBARKATION & DISEMBARKATION:

  • Due to security reasons, all guests must be on board 2 hours before the day of sailing.
  • NCL will request that you choose a check in time the day of sailing.
  • Disembarkation usually begins 2 hours after docking on the final day of the cruise.

A service charge per person, per day can either be pre-paid with the reservation, or automatically charged to your shipboard account once onboard. There is no charge for children under the age of three. Staff members including complimentary restaurant staff, stateroom stewards and behind-the-scenes support staff are compensated by a combination of salary and incentive programs that your service charge supports. If you have received excellent service from any of our crew members and feel so inclined to recognize them further, it would be most appreciated by our hardworking crew. If you have any concerns about the service you receive during your cruise, please let our onboard Guest Services Desk staff know right away, so we can address any issues in a timely manner. In the unlikely event that we cannot resolve your issue, you can have the service charge adjusted or removed at your discretion.
