Cruise Booking Terms & Conditions:
By booking a cruise through Endless Vacation & Tours LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Deposits & Payments:
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your cabin. Final payment must be received by the due date listed on your invoice to avoid cancellation and forfeiture of payments.

Prices & Availability:
All rates are subject to change until full payment is received. Prices are based on double occupancy unless otherwise noted.

Cancellations & Refunds:
Cancellations are subject to the cruise line’s cancellation policy and Endless Vacation & Tours’ administrative fees. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Travel Documents:
Travelers are responsible for ensuring all required travel documents (passport, visas, vaccination records) are valid for the duration of the trip.

Responsibility:
Endless Vacation & Tours LLC acts only as an agent for the cruise line and suppliers. We are not responsible for acts, errors, or omissions of third parties, including injury, loss, or damage during travel.

Changes:
Any itinerary or schedule changes made by the cruise line are beyond the control of Endless Vacation & Tours. Additional costs incurred due to such changes are the responsibility of the traveler.
