Client reserves the right of cancellation without liability if the group cannot meet because of significant physical
changes in the hotel caused by new construction or extensive renovation, fire damage or labor strikes.
The Hotel shall make its best efforts to sell all canceled rooms but shall not be bound to do so. In the event that the
Hotel is able to resell canceled rooms, the Hotel is successful in reselling canceled rooms, no liquidated damages will
be assessed for those rooms.

❖ 7 days prior to group arrival date, The Hotel will accept name substitutions
❖ Rooms canceled 7 days prior to group arrival date, and No Shows will be charged for the entire dates of
reservation.
U.S. Passport Policy
It is important to note, passports must be valid for up to six months at time of arrival to your travel destination.

Please be advised, any cancellations due to lack of correct travel documentation will incur penalties as per
AMResorts’ policy at time of booking. Concerns about the required travel documents may be resolved by
contacting the appropriate consulate or embassy.
SUBCONTRACTORS/POLICY AGREEMENT
Client that agrees to have any subcontracted companies such as; theme companies, decorators, audio-visual,
production companies, etc. comply with the terms hereof and recognizes that any breach to the provisions herein by
any third party brought to the Hotel by Client shall be Client’s such responsibility, subject to the understanding that
Client shall reimburse Hotel for any and all expenses arising from direct, indirect and or consequential damages arising
thereof. Decorations or displays brought into the hotel by the guest must be approved prior to arrival in order to
prevent damages to the furnishing in the Hotel. Items may not be attached to any stationary wall, floor, and window
with nails or staples, tape or any other substance. Client will assume all responsibility for any damage to hotel
premises from such items. The Hotel is not responsible for the proper operation of subcontracted agreements.
A certificate of Insurance valued at a minimum of US$1 million dollars for an outside décor or AV Company is
required with the property named as co – insured. A vendor fee of $750 usd (flat rate per vendor) will be applicable.
