Bohemia Wedding Travel will email you a confirmation with payment invoice after a payment has been reviewed and processed correctly within 24 hours. You can always return to your invoice link to make payments.
- Your Hacienda Suite booking confirmation will be emailed to you when you have paid for your suite in full.
- Please enter your legal name(s) EXACTLY as it appears on your valid passport. Bohemia Wedding Travel is not liable if the information below is not entered correctly.
- It is your responsibility to review the invoice upon receipt to ensure 100% accuracy. Please check thoroughly for any discrepancies or errors. Bohemia Wedding Travel is NOT responsible for errors, or any fees associated with necessary changes after 24 hours of receipt.
- You must book within this room block to secure a suite at Riviera Maya Haciendas for the wedding weekend.

- Friday, May 22nd: Dinner
- Saturday, May 23rd: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
- Sunday, May 24th: Brunch and Dinner
- Monday, May 25th: Breakfast
- Daily: House beer, wine, and select cocktails.

Itinerary:
- Wedding Day: Saturday, May 23rd, 2026.
Payment Schedule:
A non-refundable payment of $300USD is all you need to reserve your room right now.
- March 1st, 2026 - $300USD to reserve your room must be paid.
- March 4th, 2026 - Remaining balance due.
Reminders:
To be considered a part of Angie and Luis’ Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method. Angie and Luis have secured contracted group rates and they will incur penalties for any guest that books outside of this room block.
- Individual reservations booked outside the room block, may have to purchase a wedding guest pass to attend event(s).
- March 22nd, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
Cancellation policy:
- If you cancel your reservation before March 1st, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300USD per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room.
- If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after March 4th, 2026 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.
A 3 night stay is required.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for refunds based on their terms.
Riviera Maya Haciendas will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Riviera Maya Haciendas and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Riviera Maya Haciendas.
