Not included in price : Meals on Land part of trip, excursions off the ship, trip insurance (highly recommended)
Travel by Misty endeavors to ensure that all trips are hosted as advertised. However, a minimum number of participants is required to confirm and guarantee a trip host. Should this minimum not be met, Travel by Misty reserves the right to cancel the trip. In this case, the minimum participation for it to be hosted is 20 people. IF minimum is NOT met, people who have booked may still take the trip. Princess meets you at the airport in Fairbanks and guides you to the ship.
In certain circumstances beyond Travel by Misty’s control, the designated host may be subject to change. Travel by Misty will notify participants of any such changes as promptly as possible.
If a trip is cancelled due to insufficient participant enrollment, a full refund of any payments made will be issued to the affected clients. If a host change occurs within the cancellation period specified for the trip, no refunds will be provided.
