Changes and cancellations take 72 hours to process.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Retreat hosts are not responsible for any service delays as a result of last minute changes.

U.S. Citizens traveling to and from Jamaica must present a valid passport when leaving and or re-entering the United States. Passport must be valid and must not expire within 6 months at the time of entry and exit.

Cancel 30 days or more: 50% of the total
