Please note, there is a $25 planning fee for 1-5 travelers, a $50 planning fee for 5 or more travelers to submit this inquiry. All planning fees are final and non-refundable and paid directly to High Society Travel. Should you choose to book elsewhere, choose to stop the planning process, or choose to cancel your trip, this fee will be retained. 

 The travel planning package is in place to compensate for:

1. Our time in consultation (Texts, Calls, and/or Emails)

2. Research, pricing, and vendor negotiation

3. Processing payments on behalf of your travel party

4. Support before, during, and post travel

5. Advocate on behalf of your travel party

*The planning fee is valid for up to 2 package quotes for one location. Only 2 revisions are offered to this quote within 7 business days of delivery. Any revisions or quotes after are subject to a new fee. Feedback is required within 7 business days of the initial quote or risk abandoning quote request and deletion from our records. *

 High Society Travel Booking Policies:

Please ensure that you provide the most accurate information possible.

After providing a quote, the quote can only be modified TWICE, before a modification fee of $25 per modification will commence. This includes but is not limited to changing dates, change of travelers, change of location, change of resort/hotel options, etc. Therefore, please consult with your party before submitting this form.

After booking your trip, if you choose to change any aspect of your trip, a change fee of $50 will be charged by High Society Travel in addition to any fees charged by the resort/hotel or airline. Changes include cancellations, dates, number of travelers, flights, destination, etc.

Deposit amounts and final payment dates are provided in your quote. If your travel dates are within 30-45 days of your travel dates, the full payment amount would be due at the time of booking, as no payment plan would be available.
