Villa & Lodging Payments
All payments toward accommodations are non-refundable, including deposits. These bookings are secured in advance to ensure the experience promised.
Flights
Flight cancellations are subject to the airline’s individual policy. Some airlines offer credits; others do not. Terms vary.
Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment against unforeseen circumstances such as illness, emergencies, or schedule changes.
⚠️ IMPORTANT EXCURSION POLICY
While all excursions are optional, it is imperative that you clearly communicate in advance if you do NOT plan to participate in a specific excursion.
Reservations for excursions are made ahead of time based on confirmed participation. If you do not notify us by the stated deadline and choose not to attend, you may still be financially responsible for that activity.
