All bookings are manually reviewed before your credit card is processed and the booking is sent to the resort. Please allow 48 hours to process your booking and send the confirmation.
 
 

Important Notes:

  • The Wedding Day is:  Saturday, April 8th, 2028 - Please arrive before this date. 
  • There is a 3-night minimum required for the group block.
    • You can choose a longer length of stay, but note that bookings longer than 3 nights are not guaranteed, until your booking confirmation is sent. We will notify you if your chosen category doesn't have the longer length of stay available. Please wait to book your flight until we have sent your hotel confirmation. 
 

Payment Schedule:

Please note the following payment schedule in your own calendar:
  • $300 non-refundable deposit is due at booking
  • Final RSVP date & 60% of your room total is due: November 12th, 2027
  • Remaining balance is due:  January 12th, 2028
 
Note: You can make larger payments before the due dates.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If you cancel your reservation before November 12th, 2027 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
  • Between November 12th, 2027 and January 12th, 2028 any room nights or guests cancelled will be charged at 60%.
  • If you cancel your reservation, no show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after January 12th, 2028, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.
 

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on their terms.

Unico 20°87° will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Unico 20°87° and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Unico 20°87°.
