Itinerary:

  • Trip Itinerary:
    Day 1: Board your spacious, video and restroom equipped Motorcoach and set off
    for beautiful Cape Cod! This evening you will have Dinner and check into your
    Cape Cod area accommodations for a four night stay.

     

    Day 2: Enjoy a Continental Breakfast and embark on your GUIDED TOUR OF
    HYANNIS and SANDWICH. Start off with a visit to the lovely Village of HYANNIS
    where you’ll stop at the JFK MUSEUM - an exhibit designed to open a window on
    the days JFK spent on Cape Cod. Next, you'll visit the John F. Kennedy Memorial in
    HYANNIS. You will also visit the ZION UNION HERITAGE MUSEUM, which
    celebrates the history of African Americans and other people of color on Cape Cod.
    Lastly, you'll head to the quaint and historic village of SANDWICH. Tonight, end
    your day with a relaxing Dinner.

    Day 3: After a Continental Breakfast, a Guide will accompany you on a ferry ride
    to the famous getaway island - MARTHA'S VINEYARD. Upon arrival, enjoy free
    time to soak up the charm of this lovely island with its unique shops, quaint
    restaurants, and historical sites. Later this afternoon, you'll depart Martha's
    Vineyard and enjoy Dinner at a local restaurant.

    Day 4: After a Continental Breakfast you will depart for a GUIDED TOUR OF THE
    OUTER CAPE. See the Eastham Windmill, the Cape Cod National Seashore, Race
    Point Visitor Center, and the Marconi Station area with its spectacular "ocean to
    bay" view across the entire cape. Then, you'll make a stop in colorful
    PROVINCETOWN - home to artists, great galleries, stores and boutiques. Next,
    you'll breathe in the sea air in CHATHAM with its panoramic views of the Atlantic
    and rustic barrier beaches. Tonight, enjoy Dinner and entertainment.

    Day 5: Today, after enjoying a Continental Breakfast, you will depart for home... a
    perfect time to chat with your friends about all the fun things you’ve done, the
    great sights you’ve seen, and where your next group trip will take you!

     


 

Refund policy:

All payments to GEM Travel LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because GEM Travel LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds. This way, we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.  Travel Insurance is recommended

Prices: 

All prices listed are per person based upon shared double occupancy unless otherwise clearly specified. Prices do not include items of a personal nature, such as laundry, beverages, food (other than where clearly specified).

 

Payments: 

Deposit: A deposit is due at the time of reservation. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.  All reservations (except where specified) will require a deposit, and the amount due and the monthly payment plan will be clearly noted.

Full Payment: All reservations can be paid in full at the time of booking as long as the tour still has available space.

Late Payment: There is a $35 late fee for all late payments.

 

Cancellation policy:

Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to info@mygemtravel.com with your full name, and travel date.  If you do not receive an acknowledgment within 48 hours, please call 443-914-3434 to ensure your information was received.   If you have purchased Travel Insurance you will receive assistance with contacting the vendor for your claim.
 
• In the event you need to file a claim, contact Travel Insured International at 1-855-376-2037 as soon as possible. Be prepared to provide
proof of payments for all portions of your trip, including the travel protection plan.
• Get detailed medical statements from treating physicians where and when an accident or sickness occurred. Save your receipts, proof of
• all payments and proof of coverage.
• If you have purchased the Travel Confident® Protection Plan, for medical evacuation call the Non-Insurance Assistance Company at
1-800-494-9907 or collect at 1-603-328-1707. Be sure to call before you incur any expenses!

Please note that the covered reasons for Trip Cancellation coverage are not identical to the covered reasons for Trip Interruption coverage, and additional terms apply to all covered reasons; benefits only payable if triggered by a covered peril.
