I authorize TrendiH Travels to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on this invoice for the noted amount on today's date. This payment is for the services described on the invoice. I understand that all payments made to TrendiH Travels are non-refundable. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice.

I have ACCEPTED and authorized the travel purchases above INCLUDING travel insurance, and I am aware the insurance premium is not refundable.  I understand that ALL Cancellations are subject to a $85 pp Cancellation fee due to TrendiH Travels immediately.

I have ACCEPTED and authorized the travel purchases above, and I understand that by DECLINING TRAVEL INSURANCE. I have read and understand all cancellation charges and change fees related to the above travel arrangements, and that I am not entitled to a refund In case of cancellation of nonrefundable airline tickets or other arrangements, I agree to pay all applicable penalties according to the travel supplier’s rules including $85 pp cancellation fee due to TrendiH Travels immediately. 

Any trip payments past due by 60 days are subject to cancellation and all payments made will be forfeited 

Final payment MUST be made by the Final due date Any Final payments not received by 11:59 pm on the due date is subject to $100 late fee and or Trip cancellation.
