The Eagles are headed to London, and we’re turning game weekend into a full hosted girls trip across the pond.

Join Asia Lantz of Travel with Asia and Chelsey Keenan of PACK for a women-focused London experience built around the Eagles vs. Jaguars matchup, iconic sightseeing, central London hotel accommodations, curated group experiences, and plenty of Philly girls energy.

Pricing Tiers

Pricing is tiered and will increase as each booking tier fills. Because this trip includes limited game ticket inventory, hotel space, transfers, and curated group experiences, early booking is strongly encouraged for the best available rate.

Where We’re Staying

Strand Palace London

We’ll be staying at the centrally located Strand Palace London from October 9–13, 2026.

This is the kind of hotel location that makes a London trip feel like a true London trip. Strand Palace puts us close to Covent Garden, the West End, Trafalgar Square, restaurants, pubs, theatres, shopping, sightseeing, and easy Tube access.

We intentionally chose a central London hotel instead of staying near the stadium because this trip is about more than game day. It’s about experiencing London, having easy access to the city, and making the most of the full trip.

Included Experiences

October 10: Best of London Tour

We’ll start the trip with a guided Best of London experience including the Tower of London, a River Thames cruise, and a historic walking tour.

This is a great first full day in London because it gives everyone a meaningful introduction to the city, its history, and some of its most iconic sights.

Optional Evening London Pub Tour

That evening, travelers who want a fun night out can join an optional London pub tour at an additional cost.

October 12: Afternoon Tea Cruise on the River Thames

After game day, we’ll slow things down with an afternoon tea cruise on the River Thames.

Think tea, treats, river views, and a classic London experience to wrap up the weekend together.

Itinerary

October 9: Arrive in London

Arrive at London Heathrow, transfer to Strand Palace London, get settled, and ease into the city.

Hosted welcome meetup for dinner + drinks* this evening.
*Meal cost on your own

October 10: Best of London

Enjoy the included Best of London Tour featuring the Tower of London, River Thames cruise, and guided history walk.

Optional evening London pub tour available at an additional cost.

October 11: Eagles Game Day

Show up loud, proud, and ready to cheer on the Birds across the pond.

October 12: Afternoon Tea Cruise

Enjoy an included Afternoon Tea Cruise on the River Thames and soak up one more iconic London experience.

October 13: Depart London

Transfer back to London Heathrow or continue your Europe adventure with an optional custom extension.

Meet Your Hosts

Asia Lantz

Asia Lantz is an award-winning travel advisor, Europe expert, and huge Eagles fan who has spent the last decade helping travelers experience the world in a way that feels exciting, approachable, and deeply personal. She has visited the UK multiple times, specializes in hosted group travel experiences throughout Europe, and is known for creating trips that feel equal parts well-organized and genuinely fun.

Asia has earned multiple national industry awards for her work, including ASTA Travel Advisor of the Year and the ASTA Globes Group Travel Innovator Award for her hosted group trips.

Chelsey Keenan

Chelsey Keenan is the owner of PACK - Planning Adventures with Chelsey Keenan, where she has helped over 200 happy PACKers plan unforgettable trips around the world. Born and raised in Philadelphia and currently residing in the suburbs, Chelsey is a die-hard Eagles fan with a deep love for hoagies, Philly pretzels, and making sure everyone stays hydrated with plenty of wooder along the way.

Chelsey specializes in European travel and has visited London multiple times herself. She is thrilled to co-host this trip with Asia and bring her Philly gals across the pond.

Important Booking Notes

Space is limited and pricing is subject to change until deposited.

Official ticket inventory is limited and will move quickly. Your space is not confirmed until your deposit has been received and confirmed.

If you're booking with a roommate, you should pay on one reservation.

We will do our best to assist with roommate matching, but a roommate match is not guaranteed. If a roommate is not available, solo occupancy pricing may apply.

Airport transfers are included for travelers arriving and departing within the designated group transfer timing. Travelers arriving early, departing late, or booking flights outside the group transfer window may need to arrange separate transportation at their own expense.

Meals are on your own unless specifically included as part of an experience.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit of $1,400 per person is required at the time of booking.

The initial deposit is 100% non-refundable but is transferable to another traveler if you are no longer able to attend the trip.

Final payment is due on or before August 15, 2026 and payment schedule details will be provided upon booking confirmation.

Once final payment has been made, the entire trip becomes 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.

Because this package includes limited game ticket inventory, hotel space, and contracted group arrangements, all cancellation policies will be strictly enforced.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended and should be purchased as soon as possible after booking.
