Reminders:
- The wedding is on November 7th, 2025. Please schedule your trip before and after that date.
- To be included in Lori and Andrew’s Wedding Activities, please only book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer low contracted group rates that have been secured by Lori and Andrew with a deposit already paid on each room. If you book outside of this group the resort will charge a wedding pass fee per person per wedding event to your room.

- Secrets Moxché does not guarantee bed types or triple occupancy availability. Double Beds are extremely limited and available only by approved request.
- Specific buildings or room numbers are not guaranteed but can be requested at time of check-in.
- Room reassignments and date adjustments are not permitted 59 days or less from date of check in.
- Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you accurately select your room category.
- Secret’s Moxche is strictly 18+ with no exceptions. Based on age at time of check-in.
Cancellation policy:

If you cancel your reservation before June 14th, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).

Between June 14th, 2025 and July 14th, 2025 up to 30% of the existing room nights may be cancelled without penalty. A penalty of 20% will apply to the remainder of the cancelled room nights.

Between July 14th, 2025 and August 14th, 2025 up to 20% of the existing room nights may be cancelled without penalty. A penalty of 40% will apply to the remainder of the cancelled room nights.

Between August 14th, 2025 and September 29th, 2025 up to 5% of the existing room nights may be cancelled without penalty. A penalty of 100% will apply to the remainder of the cancelled room nights.

If you cancel your reservation, no-show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after September 29th, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.

Secrets Moxche will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
