By registering for this event, the attendee agrees to attend all events listed on the final itinerary/agenda. Your costs are being subsidized by the suppliers who are sponsoring this event. Therefore; failure to attend all educational sessions and sponsored events will result in the request that you reimburse the Central PA ASTA Chapter for their $500 scholarship, as well as forfeiture of any continuing education credits approved by ASTA/VTA, CLIA, Travel Institute and others. Non-industry guests are not permitted to attend the educational classes as sensitive industry topics, such as commissions, may be discussed. Non-industry guests are welcome to attend the social events included in the program, such as the specialty dining, cocktail receptions and excursions.
Attendees understands and agrees that the registration fee is non-refundable.
Attendees may transfer their registration to another travel advisor or industry employee upon written notification to Central PA ASTA at
centralpaastachapter@gmail.com. The replacement attendee must provide Central PA ASTA with all of their details within 3 business days of the transfer. Once all details are received and the cruise line is notified and approves the change, a refund, if approvable, will be issued.
All payments are non-refundable after submission. It is strongly encouraged that all attendees purchase travel protection insurance to cover nonrefundable amounts.
Attendees acknowledges that the price is for the cruise and Masterclass sessions only. The cost of flights and travel insurance are not included and are the sole responsibility of the attendees.
