- Select the number of travelers.
- Select the cabin/room.
- Enter your travel information.
- Select your payment amount: deposit or full payment.
- Enter your payment information (information is stored securely via Traveljoy using Stripe).
- Review and Sign to the terms and conditions.
- Click the "Pay $(Deposit Amount) and Book" button and we will send an invoice to you confirming your cabin level choice and balance remainder. Your deposit and subsequent payments will be charged immediately. (If your card is locked, your payment will not go through).
Your trip is a BIG investment. If you cannot afford to lose the money you have invested to travel, for whatever reason, Passport Rendezvous strongly recommends you consider travel insurance. We encourage you to do your due diligence by researching and finding the best plan for YOU.
Suggested Travel Insurance companies are below. Ensure you inquire about a “Cancel For Any Reason” plan.

- If you do not get travel insurance, you will be required to sign a waiver acknowledging the risks of not having travel insurance and consequences associated with that. (You usually have 7 days to purchase insurance. An email will be sent to you to confirm if you need a waiver or not. )

Deposit Schedule Payment schedule as follows:
A $1000 Deposit is due to fully secure spot except Suites

To secure your spot:
Just $250 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit due immediately gets you started.
Then make easy payments twice a month on the 15th and 1st until you reach the full $1,000 deposit.
Once you hit $1,000, your space is officially reserved!
Final balance is due by November 15, 2026.
REVISION FEES
Changes to a Reservation
Deposit to 121 days prior to sailing a $150.00 name change will apply. One name change per booking will be allowed.
After Final Payment (120 Days) - Up to 61 Days Prior to Departure = $350 Change Fee Per Person [Changing both guests’ names on a booking is considered a full cancellation. Such requests will be treated as a cancelled booking and full cancellation terms will apply. ]
60 - 0 Days Prior to Departure = No Name Changes allowed. Any change is considered a cancellation, and full cancellation penalties will apply
Passport Rendezvous Travel CANCELLATION CHARGES
Cancellations of confirmed bookings and transfers to new travel dates both result in penalties and fees assessed by Passport Rendezvous Travel and Atlas Ocean.
If you must cancel your expedition, the following fees will be assessed:

| 45 to 0 days prior to sailing (including non-appearance at the port of cruise embarkation at the scheduled time of departure) | 100% Cancellation Fee |
Cancellation fees will be assessed on the Cruise Fares, excluding Government Taxes and Fees. Refunds will be provided for Government Taxes and Fees in the event of cancellation.
