Here at We Explore Travel - Cruise Planners I am excited to help you with your travel. My goal is to meet your travel needs as fully and efficiently as possible. Success will be a team effort.
I will:
Q Customize a vacation for you to the best of my professional ability that meets your unique wants and needs as you have described them to me.
Q Deliver quality travel experiences that closely align with your unique wants, needs, and budget without compromising the integrity of my brand standards.
Q Deal with everyone on the basis of honesty and integrity. I avoid vendors, suppliers, tour operators, or service providers that I consider undependable or unqualified.
Q Assist you with all reasonable concerns and requests before, during, and after your vacation to the best of my/our abilities.
Q Communicate promptly and resolve all issues to the best of my ability
Q Provide you with all necessary travel documents and your final itinerary 7-14 days before departure, unless otherwise specified.
I expect you to:
Q Inform me of your budget parameters and personal non-negotiables before I begin working on your itinerary.
Q Acknowledge emails, phone calls, and text messages promptly and respond as quickly and accurately as possible to my questions as they arise.
Q Review thoroughly the information I give you about your trip to make sure that you are aware of the actions you must take to prepare for your trip.
Q Recognize that many aspects of travel, including weather, airline schedules, and Acts of God are beyond my control.
Q Understand your travel insurance policy benefits, limitations, and restrictions. Your policy is an agreement between you and the insurance company.
Q Contact me as quickly as possible if you are ever dissatisfied for any reason. I will earnestly make every effort to constructively resolve the matter.
In summary, I am not your competitor and am working for you. We should trust each other and work together. Teamwork is the key to exceptional travel experiences. I look forward to working with you!
ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
FEES: We are a Commission Based Travel Company and are paid by travel suppliers AFTER you return from your vacation. Therefore, we do not provide free quotes for the purpose of your personal travel research with the intent to book on your own. We ask for a $35 service fee prior to doing any research on your behalf. We will no longer conduct research for free.
QUOTES: All quotes serve as an estimated vacation price when purchased via your We Explore Travel - Cruise Planners travel advisor and are not guaranteed. Space availability for any portion of your vacation is not guaranteed until a deposit is received.
If you find this exact itinerary at a better rate, let us know. We will do our best to match or beat it if it is exactly the same and we will thank you for your commitment to us by sending you a $50 voucher that may be applied to any future reservation made through our agency.
RESTRICTIONS: We Explore Travel - Cruise Planners is merely a selling agent for individual tour companies, and we make no warranties express or implied. We are not responsible for last-minute changes in price or itinerary by the tour company, or any errors or omissions displayed on this or any page.
GROUPS: When booking groups, please be advised that any special amenities or events associated with our packages are for guests booked through We Explore Travel - Cruise Planners only. It is the Group Leader’s responsibility to recruit travelers and guests in an effort to receive more group amenities. Groups not meeting the minimum requirement will not be allowed any group benefits.
TRAVEL PROTECTION: We strongly urge that you purchase travel insurance. Information will be sent to you when your Cruise Planners agent contacts you. You will be asked to sign a waiver if you decline Travel Protection.
CANCELLATIONS: In the event, you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, you will have a $100 per person Cancellation Fee charged by the agency (We Explore Travel - Cruise Planners). This is for the time we've serviced your reservation for trip management. When cancellations occur, we do not receive any payment for our services and this is to ensure our time is valued. **If the number of individuals occupying a room decreases, the remaining travelers WILL BE responsible for all additional costs incurred as a result of a change in the per-person occupancy rate.
