Itinerary:

Day 1 - Port Canaveral, Florida
Check in, settle into your stateroom, explore the ship, and join us for a welcome family meet-up!
 
Day 2 - Perfect Day at CocoCay
Royal Caribbean’s private island paradise is calling! Enjoy the largest freshwater pool in the Caribbean, zipline across the island, or float your worries away on a private cabana. 
 
Day 3 - Nassau, Bahamas
Step into island time as you explore historic Nassau. Visit the straw market, hit the beach, or book an excursion. It’s your day to soak in the Bahamian sun! 
 
Day 4 - Return to Port Canaveral, FL

Arrive back in Port Canaveral with memories to last a lifetime.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
  • Should you need to cancel the reservation for any reason, you MUST notify us in writing at trips@kim-travels.com
  • The initial deposit made to the reservation will be non-refundable.  All other payments made will fall within the cancellation timeframes provided below:
    • If reservation is cancelled between October 8-21, 2026; 50% of reservation will be non-refundable. 
    • If reservation is cancelled between October 22, 2026 - November 20, 2026; 75% of reservation will be non-refundable. 
    • If reservation is cancelled between November 21, 2026 - December 21, 2026; 100% of reservation will be non-refundable

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policies.
 

IDENTIFICATION:

  • It is important that the guest's name (first name and last name) on the cruise be the same as the guest's non-expired government-issued photo I.D. or passport they plan to use for travel identification. In the event of a different name on the cruise and the guest's photo I.D as a result of a marriage, divorce or a legal name change, documentation (original or clear, legible copy) supporting this change is required (at embarkation), such as a marriage certificate, marriage license or legal name change court document. Failure to bring documentation bridging the name differences could result in denied boarding.
 
DEPOSIT:
A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 per stateroom due at time of booking.
 
STATEROOM PRICING:
  • All stateroom pricing for triple, quad and Suite staterooms will be at PREVAILING RATES!  This means that price and availability is subject to change until reservation has been confirmed with payment to Royal Caribbean.
 
  • If you have five or more guests in your party, please email us at trips@kim-travels.com or call us at 615-212-9050 for current pricing.
 
PAYMENTS:
  • Payments can be made anytime on the reservation once the initial deposit is made; however, guests must meet the minimum payments outlined below by the due dates. Failure to make the payments outlined will result in cancellation of the reservation.
 
  •  Reservations can be prepaid at anytime.
 
***Note: All payments are manually processed. Any payments made after business hours will be processed the next business day.
 
 
PAYMENT GUIDELINES:
  • Initial non-refundable deposit of $100.00 per stateroom is due at time of booking
  • Final payment is due by September 4, 2026.
 
 
MONTHLY INVOICES:
  • Invoices will be emailed the first of each month.  
 
  • Invoices can be split individually once the deposit is made by emailing trips@kim-travels.com or by sending a message from the reservation.
 
LATE PAYMENT FEE:
  • A late payment of $150.00 per stateroom will be required after the final payment date on your invoice.
 
MINIMUM AGE TO SAIL UNACCOMPANIED:
  • No guest younger than the age twenty-one (21) will be assigned to a stateroom unless accompanied in the same stateroom by an adult twenty-one (21) years old or older. 
  • This age limit will be waived for children sailing with their parents or guardians in connecting staterooms.
 
INSURANCE:
  • It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself for reasons of cancellation or illness prior to or during travel. In the event a traveler becomes ill during the trip and has not purchased insurance, all hospital and medical expenses are the traveler's responsibility. Furthermore, should you decide not to purchase travel protection all cancellation expenses incurred will be at your (the traveler's) expense.

Guests who choose not to prepay gratuities at the time of booking will have a service gratuity automatically applied to their respective SeaPass® account on a daily basis, in the amounts shown below:

  • $21.00 per guest, per day will be applied to guests sailing on any suite
  • $18.50 per guest, per day will be applied to guests sailing on all other stateroom categories.
 
Gratuities collected are distributed to crew members, including dining, bar and culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, hotel services teams as well as others onboard who work to enhance the overall cruise experience.
