A United States Passport is REQUIRED.
 
 
Flight details MUST be submitted on or before April 15th, 2026. If not, you will be responsible for your transportation to and from the resort. This expense can cost up to $350.

 

 
 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations on or before April 15, 2026 Fully refundable minus your initial $150 deposit.
Cancellations after April 15, 2026 Nonrefundable and nontransferable
 

Failure to submit payments by the due date may result in the cancellation of your reservation. Travel Antics will not hold any reservation without proper payment. If final payments are not received by the due date, your trip will be canceled, and all payments will be forfeited.

Travel Protection

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel protection to safeguard your investment. You can choose any reputable travel protection provider. We recommend Travel Safe and suggest purchasing a Classic Plus Policy with Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) coverage for maximum protection.

  • Read the policy carefully to ensure it meets your specific needs, including pre-existing medical conditions and other provisions.
  • Contact Travel Safe at 1-800-523-8020 for more information.
  • CFAR coverage must be purchased within 21 days of your deposit.
  • Standard policies  can be purchased up to 1 day before your trip begins.
  • Purchase travel protection early to ensure you're covered if unexpected circumstances arise. If you have pre-existing medical conditions purchase your policy within 21 days to cover those conditions.

Travel Antics Terms and Conditions

By registering for this trip/event and making payments you are agreeing to Travel Antics Terms and Conditions (review the full terms here).
 
  • Valid passport books with a minimum of 6 month validity are required for international travel (passport cannot expire within 6 months of the last day of your trip). Passengers can be denied boarding at their own expense if passport books are not valid.
  • Flight details MUST be submitted on or before April 15th, 2026. If flight details are not received by the required due date. The traveler will be responsible for their own airport transportation.
  • The resort will require a credit or debit card at check-in to cover any hotel incidental charges not included in the room rate. 
  • Itinerary subject to change.
  • You will receive a booking confirmation within 2 business days of your deposit.
  • Transportation services are only covered for travelers flying into Cancun International Airport (airport code: CUN)
 

Please note that any changes to your reservation will result in the cancellation of the existing booking and rebooking at the current rate.
