Booking info:

A registration form & deposit is needed for every person traveling.

(everyone must complete their own registration form & deposit payment)

Example - 2 people are sharing a room = 2 separate registration forms & 2 separate deposits.

If you select a combined invoice to make monthly payments together, it will be updated via email. You will select 1 traveler on each form!

 

Payment info:

Final payments due: December 29, 2026

Monthly payments are required & due on or before the 29th of every month to avoid trip cancellation. If payment date adjustments are needed, please contact me before the due date on your invoice.

Automatic trip cancellation after 60 days of non-payment.

$100 per person late fee if payments are not made by final payment date.

Late fee will automatically be added to your invoice the day after the final payment due date.

No Exceptions!

 

Please note all prices are subjected to change until deposits have been paid by both guests sharing a room. Per person rates are based upon double occupancy. Deposits are due at the time of registration. Make sure your roommate is ready to pay their deposit before submitting a registration. If your roommate’s deposit isn't received within 24 hours, your booking will be switched to the single occupancy rate automatically.

All deposits & payments are non-refundable & non-transferable.

If you select a land & airfare package it cannot be changed to land only & vice versa.

✈️ Airfare Options

Group airfare can be very restrictive.

For the most flexibility with things such as earning points, seat assignments & upgrades it is strongly suggested to book your own airfare separately. Seat selections are at the discretion of the airline. Airline schedules and itineraries are subject to change.

Group airfare is from Chicago (ORD) airport.

⚠️ Airport transfers are only included if you are on the same flight schedule as the group roundtrip

A private Facebook group will be created as well 30 days prior to travel.

A roommate match is also offered.

Please contact us if you would like to join us & be paired with a roommate.

We will try our best to accommodate you.

However, we are not responsible for if your roommate’s travel plans change

 

Valid Passports are Required!

Passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from your scheduled return date (cannot expire within 6 months of April 2026). And must contain at least 1 fully blank VISA page.

U.S. citizens (U.S. passport holders) visiting Dubai, do not need visas (at the time this information was provided).

Travelling with medicines: Some countries have restrictions on travelling with medicines (prescriptions and/or nonprescription). It is the travelers’ responsibility to check these requirements.
