Reservation & Deposit Policy

A $250 deposit per stateroom is required to secure your reservation for the After Glow Hawaii Signature Cruise.

All reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to cabin availability within the group block.

Deposits will be applied toward your total cruise balance.

Submitting a deposit indicates that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Payment Schedule

After the deposit is received, guests will be placed on a monthly payment plan to make the remaining balance manageable.

A detailed payment schedule will be provided after booking confirmation.

Final payment must be made on or before the final payment deadline provided by the cruise line.

Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of your reservation and loss of funds paid.

Pricing

All prices are based on double occupancy in a balcony stateroom.

Pricing includes only the items listed in the package description.

If the group inventory sells out, additional cabins will be subject to current cruise line pricing, which may be higher than the group rate.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits and payments made toward this group trip are non-refundable unless travel protection is purchased and the reason for cancellation is covered under the insurance policy.

You are allowed to cancel within 5 days of purchase otherwise non-refundable unless travel protection is purchased and the reason for cancellation is covered under the insurance policy.

It's Simply Easy Travel is not responsible for penalties imposed by the cruise line or other travel suppliers.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.

Travel protection may help cover unexpected situations such as:

• Trip cancellation
• Medical emergencies
• Travel delays
• Lost baggage

If travel insurance is declined, travelers assume all financial risk associated with cancellations or interruptions.

Travel Documentation

Guests are responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documents.

This may include:

• Knowing Your Travel Status
• Valid passport
•  Government-issued identification
• Any required travel authorizations

Travelers should ensure their passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel dates, if applicable.

Failure to present proper documentation may result in denied boarding, and no refunds will be issued.

Airfare

Flights are not included in this package.

Guests may book their own airfare or request assistance from It's Simply Easy Travel once airline schedules are released.

It is recommended that travelers arrive A DAY IN ADVANCE OF CRUISE EMBARKATION to participate in the group hotel stay and welcome event.

Hotel & Transfers

Hotel accommodations and group transfers are included only in the After Glow Signature Package.

Travelers who select the Cruise Only package will be responsible for their own pre-cruise hotel arrangements and transportation to the port.

Shore Excursions

Shore excursions are not included in the package price.

Excursions may be booked directly through the cruise line or independently.

Information about recommended excursions may be shared closer to the travel date.

Hosted Group Experience

This is a hosted group cruise experience organized by It's Simply Easy Travel.

Group events may include:

• Welcome cocktail reception
• Group meet-and-greet opportunities
• Optional group activities

Participation in group activities is optional.

Changes to Reservations

Changes to reservations, including name changes, may be subject to fees imposed by the cruise line.

Any changes requested after booking will be handled based on the policies of the cruise supplier.

Responsibility

It's Simply Easy Travel acts solely as an independent travel advisor arranging travel services on behalf of guests with third-party suppliers.

We are not responsible for:

• cruise line schedule changes
• itinerary modifications
• weather-related delays
• mechanical issues
• government travel restrictions
• supplier operational decisions

All such matters are the responsibility of the travel supplier.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting your deposit and booking this trip, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
