This is the first step toward securing personalized travel planning services with Saltwater & Champagne Travel.

I provide thoughtful travel planning for family vacations, cruises, European getaways, rail journeys, accessible travel, group trips, and customized experiences. My services may include destination and itinerary guidance, accommodations, transportation, excursions, accessibility considerations, and coordination of the details needed to bring your trip together.

To start the process, please complete both steps on this page:

1. Submit the initial client inquiry form with as much detail as possible.
2. Authorize the $10 inquiry retainer. (Will not be charged if booked within 30 days)

The $10 retainer will be held to secure your place in my planning queue and confirm that you are ready for me to personally review your request. This allows me to evaluate your travel needs, determine the appropriate level of service, and prepare the next steps for your specific trip.

This retainer helps ensure that my planning time is reserved for travelers who are ready to move forward. It is not transferable and will be dropped if you book within 30 days. It does not apply toward the cost of your vacation.

What Happens Next?

After I receive both your inquiry form and retainer authorization, I will review your trip details and contact you within one business day. Depending on the complexity of your request, I may ask a few additional questions or recommend a travel planning session.

I will then explain the planning services your trip requires and outline what is included. No additional fees will be charged until you have reviewed and agreed to the next stage of the process. Further fees may be required for groups, flight-only, complex, or non-commissionable bookings. 

Submitting the form or paying the retainer alone does not begin research. Both must be received before your inquiry can be reviewed and moved forward.
