HOW TO BOOK YOUR RESERVATION
🔹 Step 3: Click the "Book Now" button next to your preferred room category.
🔹 Step 4: Under "Select Travelers & Dates," use the dropdown menus to:
- Enter the number of adults and children (ages 2-12) staying in your room.
- Choose your travel dates (3 to 7 nights).
- If you are booking with a child over the age of 12, they pay a different rate, which is noted in each room category section. Once booked, your invoice will be updated to reflect the correct price.
- Skip to Step 6 if you are not booking with a child under 2 or do not wish to purchase travel insurance (highly recommended).
🔹 Step 5: Scroll down to "Add Extra Options" to add a child under the age of 2 (who only pays for transportation and certain taxes) and/or to include HIGHLY RECOMMENDED travel insurance to your reservation.
🔹 Step 6: Before proceeding, double-check that you have:
✅ Selected the correct number of adults/Children and travel dates
✅ Chosen your desired room category
✅ Added travel insurance (if applicable)
🔹 Step 7: Review your reservation summary on the right side of the page. If everything is correct, click "Continue to Traveler Info."
🔹 Step 8: Enter the primary traveler's information—this is typically the person responsible for making payments. After signing the Terms & Conditions, complete the "Additional Traveler" tab(s) for everyone else on the reservation.
🔹 Step 9: Click "Continue to Payment" and submit your payment.

Booking this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
- All payments to Royal Destinations LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable to another trip or a person already booked.
- Your reservation must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport.
- Failure to receive your passport before departure will result in all money being forfeited unless you add travel protection.
- If you purchased travel insurance with your reservation and choose to cancel, we will file a claim on your behalf. If you purchase third-party insurance, you will need to file a claim directly with the travel insurance provider for your refund.
- Transfers of funds to persons already booked are not allowed.
- Bedding preference is a request, we do not guarantee your bedding but we will request your preference. Your price is based on the room category and not bedding.
