What's not included:

We can add flights to your package if you would like, just select that you would like to add flights and we will send you a quote including the flight pricing once we receive your reservation request.
You are also welcome to book flights on your own.
We will send out a form to collect all flight information from guests about 90 days before departure so that we can arrange your airport transfers!
Payment & Cancellation policy:
Room reservations may be cancelled for a full refund until February 1, 2024. After February 1, 2024, all reservations are non-refundable.
Flights will have separate cancellation fees and penalties that will apply depending on the specific airline and the class of service booked. Please refer to your specific airline terms and conditions.
Minimum deposit amount is $100 per person. If selecting travel insurance or flights, the cost of both of those items will also be due at the time of booking.
Final Payment for all reservations is due by February 1, 2024.
After the initial deposit is paid, you will have the option to make payments over time if you wish. We will send you an invoice link that can be used to make payments at any time before the final payment date of February 1, 2024.
Travel Insurance is non-refundable once booked.

When booking children:
Child Rates will apply for children ages 3-12
Teen Rates will apply for ages 13 - 17
When booking, all rates will reflect adult pricing. Once we receive your reservation request and input the ages, the rates will be adjusted and reflected on the reservation that we send out to you with your confirmation email.
Once you select Book Now on your desired room type, it will take you to the next page.
Select "Show Order Summary" in blue at the top of the page. This will allow you to see your reservation total once you select the number of travelers and the travel dates.
Once your information and deposit payment are submitted you will receive a booking confirmation email from KLG Travel. (If booked outside normal business hours, you will receive your confirmation email the next business day.)
