Roommate Assignments
Roommate matching is a courtesy to you, however CTS accepts no responsibility for roommate compatibility or conduct. You will be matched with a participant of your same sex. We will try to match you with someone close to your age and of the same smoking preference, but we cannot guarantee that this will occur. If you request a roommate within 70 days of departure, we will add you to our wait list to find a roommate but cannot guarantee that one will be found.
Proof of Citizenship
Proof of citizenship is your responsibility. We strongly recommend a valid passport. US citizens embarking on a cruise that originates and terminates at the same US port are not required to have a passport. An original or certified copy of their birth certificate and valid government issued photo ID is accepted. A certificate of naturalization, a passport care or enhanced drivers license (EDL) will also be accepted. US. Alien Residents need a valid Alien Resident Card. Non-U.S. citizens need a valid passport and a valid, unexpired U.S. Multiple Re-entry Visa if applicable. Non-U.S. citizens are responsible to determine if a VISA is required for entry to any destination being visited on the cruise itinerary. If a Visa is required and one is not obtained, boarding will be denied. Staying on-board the ship in that port does not release you from needing the Visa in order to travel. A valid passport with an expiration date at least six months beyond completion of travel is required. All guests need proper proof of citizenship in order to travel. Failure to present a valid document at check-in will result in denied boarding and no refund will be issued. For more information, a complete list of WHIT-compliant documents or to obtain a passport application, visit www.travel.state.gov.
Payment
If you pay only the deposit at time of booking, final payments will automatically be charged to the last credit card used for any item on your reservation on the balance due date listed on your invoice. Please be sure that funds are available in any debit card accounts on that date to cover this amount. There is no need to contact us unless you wish to pay the balance with another form of payment.
