Please note the following as this is a GROUP BOOKING so different terms and conditions apply.

Payment breakdown for reservation as follows.
- Deposit amount of at LEAST $250 per ROOM due at time of booking to hold room.
- Final payment due on/before 11:59 pm Sunday, May 4, 2025. Please do not wait until the last minute to submit your payment as system issues outside of my control can arise.
- These guidelines are not set by Unbothered Escapes, LLC so in order to avoid confusion or issues with your booking, please keep up with these very important dates.
- As a courtesy, you will receive monthly payment reminders. I advise all my clients to make smaller monthly payment to avoid bulk payments toward the end of the payment plan in order to avoid auto cancellation due to non-payment.
