Group Trip Rules & Policies
- Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
- Adults Only 21+.
- Your payments made to TrendiH Travels are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This is because TrendiH Travels has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation. Cancel for any reason travel insurance is highly recommended to obtain a refund from your selected travel insurance company.
- Second payment must be made to have your booking deem as "active".
- Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport.
- Check spam or junk mail for receipt, invoices or trip confirmation.
- Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.
- Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current, unless you make larger payments than what is required of your monthly plan.
- Any payment plan over 60 days overdue is subject to $25 late fee at 61 days and Cancellation at 65 days past due.
- You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments. If they cancel, you will be responsible for the full room.
- Roommate Matching is available.
- Once you make your reservations, you can view your invoice and payment plan. Please check your spam or junk mail if your invoice is not automatically sent.
- Name changes are allowed with a $100 name change fee up until your final payment date on your invoice
- Late payment of $100 per person is required after final due date. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
- After the final payment deadline full penalty will be imposed, funds will not be refunded or be transferred.
- You are responsible to keep TrendiH Travels informed of email address changes as this is our primary way of communication.
- BALI – Visa required. The Official eVisa website for Indonesia (imigrasi.go.id) $32 USD. If you do not purchase the e-VoA before you arrive in Indonesia online, you can still purchase the Visa at the VoA counters at international airports in the arrival halls (or at harbours, if you arrive by boat or cruise ship).
- Registration to the PeduliLindungi app
- Roommate Matching is offered for this tour. If you want to be matched, please enter “Roommate Requested” on the reservation form where if asks for your roommate's name. Also, please note roommate matching does not take place until after 75% of the cost of the package is paid.
- Full Itinerary will be emailed to you 30 Days in advance to plan your free time.

When you purchase insurance, all applicable cancellation charges [does not include change fees or reduced deposit plan fees] as per your Terms and Conditions contract will be refunded in the form of future travel certificates less the plan cost plus a $85 pp cancellation due to TrendiH Travels immediately charged to the card on file.
