PAYMENT POLICY:

  • DEPOSIT #1: 50% due at the time of booking
  • FINAL PAYMENT: Balance due May 15, 2026
    • Credit card payments require an additional cc fee of 3.5%
    • You may make a wire payment to avoid this fee
 
Please note that the payment form is simply a credit card authorization. There are two non-refundable deposits: the first is due upon booking, and the second is due the first week of January 2026. Our system does not allow us to split the authorized amount into three pieces, so I've identified these payments in the body of the invoice.

Once I receive the completed invoice, I will submit the credit card manually to the vendor—meaning that you will not see the transaction completed through your account until this is done. If you would like to avoid an additional 3.5% credit card fee, you can opt to complete a wire payment.
 
CANCELLATIONS AND CANCELLATION FEES:

Cancellations must be advised in writing to Premiere Luxury Travel. Cancellation fees are as follows:

  • Deposits are non-refundable after payment.
  • 120 days prior: Balance (non-refundable after payment)
  • Once paid, both the deposit and balance payments are non-refundable.

** To protect your investment, travel insurance is highly recommended.
