  • Day 1 (Puerto Plata): Arrive in Puerto Plata and transfer pickup brings you to our location. Welcome drink upon arrival and Lunch. Get ready for Welcome Dinner. Free time to relax! Theme Night

  • Day 2 (Beach Day): Get up have breakfast, Eat & Relax on the beach.  Game Night!  B,L and D.

  • Day 3 (Lobster night): On this day you can choose an (optional tour $$) or just relax.  Blue Elegance Theme night  B,L and D

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

We appreciate you booking your dream vacation with Heavenly Weddings Inc./Julie’s Star Travel Agency.  When booking your vacation it is important to know all of the Terms and Conditions regarding your contractual agreement and investment.  This applies to all products and services within the contract from the initial time of booking.  When you book a vacation with our agency you have entered into an agreement and these Booking Terms and Conditions apply.

 DEPOSITS: When making a deposit for land, air, or packaged itineraries.  All Deposits are non-refundable.  Tour operators, Cruise Lines and Hotels have different stipulations for packages and we highly recommend you purchase insurance at the time of booking.  There a different types of insurance at the time of deposit.  Cancel for Any Reason or Standard insurance.  This is the only way to cover your nonrefundable deposit.  Insurance is non-refundable after deposit .

 REFUND:  All payments non-refundable.  Please add insurance to protect your investment.   Tour operators, Cruise Lines and Hotels have different stipulations for packages and we highly recommend you purchase insurance at the time of booking.  There a different types of insurance at the time of deposit.  Cancel for Any Reason or Standard insurance.  This is the only way to cover your nonrefundable deposit.  Insurance is non-refundable after deposit .

 CANCELLATION POLICY:   If you should need to cancel your trip you fall under non-refundable penalty of contracted agreement. Trip insurance is for an insured reason will be the only way you can receive reimbursement for flights and other non-refundable expenses should you cancel your trip for any reason, whether voluntarily or as a result of Heavenly Weddings Inc./Julie’s Star Travel Agency.  Airlines have change fees starting from $200 and land vacation change fee starting from $25.  Please make sure that your dates are definite and again insurance to protect your investment for unforeseen events.

 PAYMENTS PLAN OPTIONS:   After initial deposit payments can be made manually through a link provided to you after time of booking through your invoice portal. 
For group trip there are set dates for payments.  Group trips have to be made on time due to contract and policy agreement.  Penalty for late fee will be applied in past 5 business day. If not paid in full by date agreed upon, trip will be cancelled and all payments non-refundable.  Heavenly Weddings Inc./Julie’s Star Agency ask you to be prompt always.   Please feel free to call our office to make payments.  We accept check payments.  If check is declined a fee of 30.00 will be required at that time along with payment.

 BOOKING GROUP:   Booking a group with us is made easy because we do all of the packaging.  There is a fee of $20.00 non-refundable required to start the process.  If you are joining us, on one of our groups to guarantee pricing book early.  Pricing is subject to change and based upon availability.  Spacing can also be limited. Airline tickets are non-refundable. Insurance is highly recommended. 

​WEDDINGS & CUSTOM GROUP TRAVEL:        Group Leader cancellation fee is $500 after initial deposit.  Penalties will increase as the group moves closer to final payment.  Hotel contract and air contracts have strict deadlines.  Airline penalty can range from time of deposited air contract and are nonrefundable.  Group Terms and Agreement will be given to group leader prior to initial deposit.

 PASSPORT & VISA REQUIREMENTS:  All passports must be up to date at time of travel.  All documents must be proofed for accuracy and spelling prior to departure.  Heavenly Weddings Inc./Julie’s Star Travel Agency does not provide visas and you are required to know what travel documents you need for the destination of your choice.

 TRAVEL CONDITIONS THAT WILL APPLY:   Additional fees for baggage may apply. Please contact your airline or refer to its website for detailed information regarding their checked baggage policies.  Seating fees may apply to certain air carriers.  Package pricing for groups is per person, based on double occupancy accommodations.  Air-only prices are for roundtrip travel departing from select cities will have an agency service fee starting from $25.00.   Tour and land packages may or may not include meals or all inclusive.  Please prepare yourself to cover additional costs that would apply.  Optional tours will have an additional fee.  Price matching is available based upon certain online booking engines and airline (Full Payment will be required at the time of booking) Rates and/or package prices on airfares, cruises and tours are subject to holiday blackouts, peak period surcharges, and cancellation charges may be applicable of up to the full price paid depending on the fare and/or package and when it is cancelled.  Un-forseen events that can effect a package or group can cause group travel cancellation and fees will apply.  If Air, Hotel Package or group tour must move to another date additional fees can apply due to the difference of pricing and time of travel.  U.S. or international government imposed taxes and fees of up to $60 may apply on arrivals and departures depending on the itinerary chosen, and are payable to the appropriate airport authority. Other restrictions may apply and vary by resort, cruise and airline carrier.
