Charges are payable ONLY to InteleTravel.com or the hotel, resort, tour operator, cruise line or other travel supplier. We do not accept and process charges through any other account, or accept checks, cash or other forms of payment. This payment is for the services described on the invoice. For your protection, Travel Insurance is strongly recommended and available upon request. I understand that all payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and final upon receipt. Refunds will not be issued by Vacation Lifestyle Club.  In case of cancellation for a covered reason, you will be able to file a claim to request a refund from the company the travel protection is purchased from, if purchased. Specific details regarding company name and policy information will be shared after reservations are secured. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice.
