Terms and Conditions:

Passports and Visas: Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months beyond the dates of travel. Some countries require a full blank page in the passport for stamping purposes.  Any information provided pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements.

Travel Protection: Life can be unpredictable. Even the best-planned trips can be impacted by the unexpected. And that is why we recommend that you help protect yourself and your investment by purchasing Travel Protection for your trip. Travel Protection can help with medical coverage for illness or injury, trip cancellation and/or interruption, baggage loss, medical evacuation, and more. At any time before you complete Final Payment, you may choose to purchase Travel Protection. Please consult with Where's Wendy Destinations for travel insurance options.

PRICES: Prices are per person based upon shared twin room occupancy, unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include items of a personal nature such as laundry, passport and visa fees, insurance, and foreign port taxes unless specifically indicated in the package inclusions. Prices are correct at time of publication; however, tour package prices and availability will change accordingly. In case of human or computer error, Where's Wendy Destinations reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service. A full refund will be made to passengers who choose not to pay an increase, provided Where's Wendy Destinations receives a written cancellation within five days of the price increase notification.

PAYMENTS:

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of reservation

Full Payment:
All reservations (except where specified): 90 days prior

Late Payment: If there is any outstanding balance by the Final Payment Due date listed on your invoice, all travel services will be subject to automatic cancellation and cancellation fees will apply.

Form of Payment: All payments due are in US Dollars. We accept payment in form of major credit cards or debit cards. Third-party credit cards are not accepted.

CANCELLATION:

Cancellation: Once a partial or full payment has been made, cancellations must be submitted in writing to whereswendy301@gmail.com. Cancellation fees will be applied based on the date that the written cancellation is received and based on the following days prior to departure. Fees will be calculated as a percentage of the total amount received.  Cancellation fees will not be less than the initial non-refundable deposit.

  • Cancellation Fees for all Reservations, except where specified:
    Deposit-non-refundable
75-46 days prior to departure-80% of total
45 days or less prior to departure-100% of total

Hotel Accommodations: All rooms are standard twin/queen-bedded (two single beds) rooms with private facilities. Room selection in all cases, unless otherwise reserved, is strictly at the discretion of the hotel's management on a run-of-house basis. Special requests such as bed types, smoking preference and connecting rooms are subject to availability. Triple rooms consist of standard twin beds or one double bed plus a sofa/folding bed or cot for third person except in the U.S. and Canada, where triple rooms often consist of two double/queen beds for three persons; a fee may be charged by the hotel for the addition of a cot/rollaway.  Some single rooms are smaller than a standard room size. The number of persons accommodated does not dictate the room size. While air conditioning is available in most hotels, its use abroad can differ significantly from the United States. Many international hotels were built before central air conditioning was introduced. In those that do offer air conditioning, usage may be restricted, often due to government regulations aimed at promoting energy conservation. It's typical for air conditioning to be used only during the summer months, may follow a set schedule (sometimes turned off at night), and operated at lower settings than what many Americans are accustomed to.  Hotel check-in time is generally not before 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is prior to noon. Please be sure that adequate arrangements for accommodations have been taken into consideration when a late night flight is being used. If a day room is included in the itinerary, check-out will normally be 6:00 p.m. We reserve the right to make substitutions with hotels of equal standard. There will be no refunds for any difference in the cost of those accommodations.

Meals & Dietary Requests: Included meals are based on the restaurant's set menu or buffet and usually represent local cuisine. Vegetarian meals are available in most locations, while vegan, protein-rich or gluten-free menus are rare. Special dietary requests, which must be selected in the passenger details section of your reservation, cannot be guaranteed. We are unable to provide meals in accordance with strict religious requirements, such as Kosher or Halal, nor can we accommodate specifically salt-free, high-protein or low-carb meals.
