PAYMENT PLAN:

• Your reservation can be paid in full at the time of booking or relax knowing that you can opt-in for our payment plan by just paying the required initial deposit.  When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided monthly amount up until your final payment.  You and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be due.  Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be processed and charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. 
• Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current.
• A late payment fee of $50 will be charged per person for any accounts with outstanding payments after the final payment date, which is 2/1/2024.   All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.

• When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our monthly convenient payment plan. 
• If you choose the monthly payment plan, you will receive monthly notices when your payment is due.
• Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, (Feb 1. 2024) travel documents, itineraries, and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier before travel.
• Please be mindful that we suggest and recommend all attendees should arrive in ARUBA on May 2, before 3 pm.
• DIVI - All Inclusive is located approximately 20 minutes from the Aruba Airport (AUA) 
• Check-In: 3:00 pm. Check-out: 12:00 noon
• It is the guests’ responsibility to notify Your Premier Travel Services of all email address changes.
• If you choose to purchase your own flights to Aruba you must do so before February 15, 2023, so we can work with our ground services to prepare for your airport transfer.
• Once you purchase your flight you should forward your flight information to yptnicole@gmail.com so we can ensure a shuttle is ready to transfer you to the resort
• I do not have flight information at the time of booking, this information must be entered prior to departure in order for travelers to receive timely service for any transfers, greetings, or other features requiring this information.
